I would give 0 stars if it was possible! We had a horrible experience with Papa Saverio's tonight! We go here often... so we are very disappointed!! My husband got there to pick up our pizza and they said it got stuck in the oven and was all messed up. They showed it to him and it was a complete mess! They offered a small discount or to make a new one. He asked them to make a new one because it didn't even resemble a pizza and would have been hard to eat. So they did and said they would remake a small that was fine, but would be cold. But when he asked to remake the appetizers (including fried foods) they refused! He had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizzas to be done...and they were sitting out on the counter the whole time! Then they only offered an even smaller discount for all of this! He walked out without anything! Unbelievable that this was the level of customer service that they offer. We won't be going back!
In response to the owner's reply... the only reason it was nearly $100 worth of food was because you had to remake it. If we had felt valued and you had offered or even accepted my husband's request to remake the appetizer, we would have taken the food. It had been sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes when you called to say the new pizzas were ready! That is ridiculous and we will not pay for food that is cold and been sitting out, not even in a warmer! Then you call at 8 pm...2 hours after we were to pick up the original pizzas... to ask us to come pick up the food and to pay for it! That is so rude and unacceptable! We have been places where something has been wrong with a meal or a pizza and they comp the item for the inconvenience and the extended wait! I'm not saying you should have comped the whole thing, but you could have offered more than a 15% discount with over an hour wait from when the order was placed and cold appetizers! I purchased a medium pizza last night and it got here faster than I thought it would. I was happy to see the order complete as requested. There was a slight delay when the delivery guy got here. He had to run down to the car to get change. I gave him $5. I had 4 slices last night and was delighted to know that I had dinner or lunch a few more times. I don't usually eat meals like this and cringed a bit when they told me it would be $29. I eat packed food all day while inspecting homes. I do not change my diet often. Oatmeal in the morning and small protein and carb meals every 3 hours throughout the day.
I JUST GOT OFF OF THE TOILET FOR THE 3RD TIME THIS MORNING. HAD TO TAKE THE DAY OFF TO WORK ON THE COMPUTER.
EITHER THE MEAT WAS NOT COOKED, THE INGREDIENTS WERE SPOILED OR SOMEBODY TOUCHED THE PIZZA WITH FECES ON THEIR HANDS.
$34 MINUS 4 SLICES JUST WENT IN THE GARBAGE.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ON THE TOILET...

A few weeks ago we ordered some pizzas online. We showed up 40 minutes later and were told that our order had not even been started yet and had to wait at the store for 40 minutes. As compensation, the manager gave us a $5 Gift Certificate for our next visit.
Understanding that mistakes are made, we appreciated the "good customer service" and returned back only to be told that our "gift certificate" was not able to be combined with the coupon we had for our pizza purchase.
Returning one final time, we ordered 3 slices of pizza with no coupon and were still told that we could not use our "gift certificate" because the slices are a "special".
I find it incredibly insulting that they wasted our time in the first place with not having our order prepared and then further wasted our time by promising us a discount on future visits that was...
