I don’t know how ignorant you have to be to send out 5 donuts on an order for a dozen donuts. Ordered a DoorDash order and this is the crap I got for $45 plus paying a driver a tip to bring me a wrong order. As you can see the donuts don’t match the receipt. I mean really. How many brain cells are required to count to 12 and put donuts in a box? Where do you see a maple glazed donut on my receipt? Super unhappy.
(Response to the owners unaccountable comment- my comment is out of the frustration for having to spend 30-40 minutes of my morning to speak to door dash to get a partial refund of the order. It's not even a full refund so therefore I'm still very frustrated. I'm not sure how you can excuse not seeing a dozen donuts listed in a long receipt. Also put a maple donut in the box and there's not even a maple donut on the list. This isn't a mistake it's again absolute ignorance. Instead of getting your feelings hurt - fix your business. The donuts we did get also taste like crap. You're right- being busy isn't an excuse. For someone to pay for a service it's your job to get it right. Simple. Even if she thought she saw a half dozen- there's 5 donuts. And what's supposed to be a dozen donut holes with sprinkles and glazed it is like 14-15 glazed. Instead of coaching me how to comment, coach your staff to...
Read moreMy family has tried the doughnuts half a dozen times and all but one experience have been poor. The doughnuts freshness are hit/miss and two different staff workers indicated the doughnuts were not fresh the day of and recommended we not select a few different types if we wanted fresh doughnuts. We have also purchased doughnuts that we have asked for from the glass shelf and the doughnuts we ended up with were from behind the glass and would presume were older and not even the same type of doughnut asked for only to find out when home. Was excited to see Winchells open in our neighborhood but the inconsistent product freshness and service needs to be addressed as we have also heard similar reviews from nearby neighbors. Please address and not serve day or two day old doughnuts to retain customer...
Read moreSuper good. So fresh. Nice people. My 7 year old pleaded to go back today after we stopped in last weekend for the 1st time. Today we got a breakfast sandwich, bagel and cream cheese, basic iced coffee and 2 donuts. Eveything was delicious but very expensive. My bill was $25 after tipping the friendly team. $5 for a bagel and cream cheese is a bit excessive, but it was a good experience. Donuts are priced well. I enjoy supporting local and more family run establishments vs chains but as a single mama I can't be spending that each week! Will be...
