The reply was even worse than the experience. I love that you're negating the fact that the customer service was bad. You're trying to fault me for never leaving a positive review and only because I pointed out a negative experience? I didn't order chocolate donut holes or get any in my order so I'm confused by what you're speaking of. I'm fully aware of what a cake donut is- I've had them...many times. On this particular day your cake donut holes were bad, maybe overcooked? Maybe positive customer service would reflect on this "oh my customer didn't like these maybe we messed up as we aren't perfect." Seeing as you had soooo many left and few yeast ones, maybe they didn't look good..idk. I also didn't complain about the yeast donut holes. The bottom line is you lack customer service and instead of owning that you try to blame me, the customer? Maybe reflect on your actions and try to do better? Just a thought. I'm actually disappointed because we've come here for years with our girls and have even gotten multiple special orders for birthday donuts. But after todays visit I'll have to find some place else. Got a few donuts, a taco and a dozen donut holes and asked for 3 of each (4 flavors). It was strange because she gave me like 6-7 blueberry cake donut holes but 3 of all the other flavors. I ate a bite of the blueberry and it was hard and dry. It was terrible. When I asked for them to give me something else in exchange for the bad donut holes the young girl working said she had to ask her boss after telling me that's what I picked and it's personal preference on it being bad. I was like...what are you saying? The boss came out and was incredible rude and said, "that's how they taste and that's what you picked" and she wouldn't trade them out. Now I know why she gave me so many- she was trying to get rid of them because they were not good! I've never been to a business that was so un-customer friendly. It was literally 5 donut holes, part of an order with many other things for my 2 kids. Just a complete turn off. Why act that way over a handful of donut holes? Zero...

I have visited this establishment 5 or more times. It’s become my go to for breakfast tacos. The tacos are great, the donuts are ok but the customer service is terrible. Every time I order I feel like it’s the last thing the employee wants to be doing. I’ve chalked it up to them being very busy and maybe even under staffed. However this morning I entered the establishment at 10:15am to find only two people in front of me and one was already ordering. (Score!) sidenote: there is also a sign near the register saying the kitchen closes at 12:45pm. When it was my turn to order I again encountered an employee that seemed less than enthused to be doing her job. I asked for two bacon/egg/cheese tacos and two sausage/egg taco which they happened to be out of in the ready made area. She told me there was no more and offered me sausage/egg/potato tacos. I declined because I don’t like potatoes and I asked if they could make them because this is what they have done the other times I’ve been in the establishment. She first rudely told me not right now and when I questioned to clarify what that meant she rudely told me I’d have to wait 15minutes. How dare I expect the taco place to make me a couple of tacos! Needless to say I left with no tacos and have no intentions of returning to this establishment because of the continuous bad customer service I’ve received at almost...
