Iāve been a loyal customer of this place for a long time and this place has a decent if not great food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my recent visit was deeply disappointing and has completely changed my perception.
I ordered a vada pav, paid, and waited patiently for over 10 minutes. Understanding that it might take longer, I simply asked the staff member inside how much more time it would take. Instead of a courteous response, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. She didnāt even attempt to answer my question and made it clear through both words and tone that if I wanted to wait, fine, and if not, I could just leave.
Her arrogance and lack of basic respect were shocking. I was initially happy to wait, but her behavior completely ruined my appetite. I then asked to cancel my order, which she refused to do. When I requested to speak with a manager or owner, she responded as if it didnāt matter implying that complaints wouldnāt make a difference and as if owner is not capable to even ask her about this is what she was feeling.
I ended up walking away without my food, leaving the money behind. At that point, I told myself Iād rather think of it as a donation to someone in need than support such poor customer service.
This experience made it painfully clear: no matter how the food is, disrespect toward customers destroys the entire experience. I wonāt ever come to this place again, and I hope the management sees this and takes action to ensure others arenāt treated...

If you're craving the authentic flavors of Mumbai street food, look no further than Chaat Ka Chaskaaa food truck! From the moment I stepped up to the window, I knew I was in for a treat.
The selection of fast food items is absolutely delightful. Whether you're in the mood for the classic Vada Pav, the tangy goodness of Pani Puri, or the savory delights of Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, and Samosa, this food truck has it all. Each bite brought back fond memories of bustling Mumbai streets.
Not only is the food incredibly delicious, but the customer service is also top-notch. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always eager to recommend their personal favorites. They make you feel like a valued customer from the moment you arrive.
Cleanliness is another aspect where Chaat Ka Chaskaaa excels. Despite the hustle and bustle of a food truck environment, the truck itself is impeccably clean, and the food is prepared with the utmost care and attention to hygiene standards.
And let's talk about the portions! The quantity of food you get for the price is absolutely fantastic. You'll leave feeling satisfied and already planning your next visit.
Overall, I highly recommend Chaat Ka Chaskaaa food truck. It's a true gem in the world of street food, offering not only delicious flavors but also exceptional service, cleanliness, and value for money. Five stars...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe best samosas Iāve had (I got the Punjabi ones)- not too oily, well seasoned and stuffed. The tamarind chutney is great. Food appears to be authentic but I admittedly am not super familiar with the cuisine. The dahi puri was very flavorful. Absolutely meant to be eaten quickly so the thin shell doesnāt get soggy, which was my mistake. The flavor palette is vibrant and perhaps a bit sweet for my taste, but thatās probably just me. Definitely want to go back and try more things.
Service was friendly and reasonably quick. My friend waited a while for their food, but that was explained upon ordering and we were fine with it.
The atmosphere is about as good as it can be for being behind a gas station. There are sturdy picnic benches, lights and small structures kids can climb on. Good for families. A bit underwhelming for young adults seeking a place to eat and hang, but not a big deal. The food is the most important and...
