Worst store and service by far! The greeting was horrible...I knew something was wrong when I paid before I viewed the pizza! Upon inspecting the pizzas, they were all wrong! The cinnamon sticks apparently don't come with icing...that's .50 extra! I don't ming, but I was unaware of that...wan't told that when I placed my order! But the 1st pizza looked like it was pieced together! The manger is the one running the register. I asked her to look at the pizza and she acted like she couldn't see what I was talking about. Then she proceeded to ARGUE with me that this is normal! I looked at the 2nd pizza. It was SUPPOSED to be a double pepperoni...it was a CHEESE! I showed her that one and true to form...she couldn't see what I was talking about...NO TOPPINGS! She very frustratingly said that she could bake them again but it'd be 15minutes. OKay...the manager that was rude and unprofessional bakes and boxes the pizza. The delivery driver brings them to me...the manager is now too busy to come to the front! I told him to get her because I want to talk to her. He goes to pick up my pizzas and put them "back under the light"! Remind you that these were paid for in the beginning of all this! I told him to leave them...now he's arguing with me about pizzas that I have already paid for! I literally had to tell him..."Put MY pizzas down and go get the manager.". She comes and I tell her this was a big mistake on their part and I want to be compensated for all this. She starts typing on the register...what only the her and the delivery guy(cause he was looking and smirking)know. She never says sorry or this will be refunded...NOTHING! I asked her...while she was busy with putting receipts in order...whats going to happen. she said "OH,I put it back on there. It's already on there." On that note I was thru!. I must admit the rebaked pizza order was good. Could be due to the fact that my Son and I were watching them the whole time. I never write reviews, but this one had...

Tried to place pick up order. Was on phone for quite awhile while they discussed whether they deliver to me. Said I was right down street at Metric and Park Bend. Mentioned address and Apt#. After some discussion amongst themselves I was asked whether it was a house or apartment. Finally got to place order only to be told they won't accept cash on deliveries. So canceled the order. Then received text from store saying order will be on way soon. Called store back, on hold forever, then was trying to tell the person that this was the guy that just called and not supposed to getting order over the cash issue. He wanted me to continue to hold and I said didn't want to hold, just make sure order is canceled. Then receive text from Door Dash driver saying will be delivering soon, just needed more info on address. Texted driver back saying I don't have an order. He texted me that I would have to cancel on Door Dash app which I don't use. By now I am very frustrated and called store back and asked to speak to manager. The young man that answered put the phone down and I could hear what they were saying. He was laughing and joking saying "oh, he wants to speak to the big boy." Which he stated a couple times, laughing. Heard him say that he thought it was that cash guy. They never came back to phone and didn't hang up. By then I'm getting pissed off. Got in my vehicle and drove up there. Asked the african American guy who I spoke to on phone if he was manager and he said no it was the Hispanic lady directly in front of me at counter. She had a terrible attitude, no apologies, nothing. That staff is the most unprofessional, rude, and have no inclination of what good customer service is. They are a joke. I will never do business there and will share my experience with others. And to see a review bragging on their great customer service. LOL. Had to have posted...

All other locations have way higher reviews that this one, and it’s no surprise. The employees are rude and slow and treat their customers like garbage. Choose a different spot. They don’t want your business. The manager with the braided beard cusses at customers, cancels orders if you question their service, and has a serious power trip. The old lady that works there finds ways not to help. I told the employee my name for pick up. Instead of verifying how I spell my name, he just ignored me and went to do something else. When the old lady working finally got up for her stool to try and help customers, she found my pizza. I had been there 15 minutes at this point while they argued with another customer, ahead of me, about not wanting to make a fresh pizza because she felt her pizza looked old. It did look old. The manager cussed at the customer and then when she called him out he denied it and acted childish, slammed her refund receipt in front of her and went back to sit on his stool. Mind you this customer never raised her voice or was rude, just didn’t want the old pizza. The employees then belittled the customer behind her back when she left. When I told them the other customer was right and my pizza was getting old too they canceled my order. Seinfeld soup N*zi stuff. There are plenty of options in this area better than this location. Go to anyone other than this one. You will regret it. In my opinion . They are overwhelmed and undertrained. You deserve better...
