These ladies made my time spent in Austin AMAZING. I moved to Austin after college for my first job and I lived right across the street at The Copeland, and would eat here all the time. I established such an amazing relationship with the ladies, and they always made me feel welcome. The food is TO DIE FOR! The green salsa is fantastic and I highly recommend the Al pastor or the Cochinita tacos, quesadillas, or the amazing asada pork torta. Unfortunately, on my last day in Austin (moved back home to Washington) they closed early for the day, so I wasn’t able to say goodbye, but just now this is hands down the best taco food truck in all of Austin. Very close to the Q2 Stadium and the Domain, what more could you ask for? I miss this food truck so much and its 10/10. They would always greet me with “hi honeyy” with a warm smile before and after work grabbing a bite. Please support this business, and whenever I’m in Austin again this is the first place I’ll go to eat and relax! :)

I came here out of curiosity since I'm from southern Mexico and seeing the "Yucatan" name caught my attention, so I came to try the food and ended up staying for the service and warm attention from Marizol, she definitely knows to take care of their customers and make them happy by treating them great!!! As for the food, the tacos are huge and you can choose either flour or corn tortillas, I do recommend the latter, but in my case, my favorite so far are the tortas, specially the pork beef torta, they come with avocado and delicious melted cheese in a soft buttery bread, YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH THE TORTAS!!! Definitely a great option for a quick and tasty bite!!!

The tacos were ok but very greasy. I was charged more than what was on the menu price for my food. I do not support dishonest business, next time Ill try one of the other trucks parked there. If your prices change then you need to reflect that on the menu on your truck. Regarding response from owner: I saw the sign, I did not order breakfast I ordered al pastor steak and chicken, look at the picture. I did not know the price was wrong until I got my receipt emailed later.

WARNING: Attend this location with caution and I would not recommend parking here or leaving your car if you do.

Stopped here after a long ride. Grabbed Gatoradess from the connecting gas station because it was the only thing open at the time. Walked around the area to kill time and wait for some food to open. Initially I panicked thinking my truck was stolen so went into the the gas station again to see if there was anything they could do to help. He said that cars a towed if left attended. I asked if he had called and he said no. Thinking it was just a misunderstanding I asked for a receipt of the Gatorade I purchased and things took a dark turn.

The employee(Said his name was Miguel) would not provide me the receipt. I'm not sure the legality of this but at the very least it was poor customer service and very odd behavior given the circumstance. He could easily pull it to help me at the very minimum. I was the only person inside, he was not busy.

After a headache of calling numbers to track down my truck I learned it was impounded literally blocks away. Was charged over 300 to get it back and told from the tow truck driver that someone called him to come get it. Which means the gas station attendant lied about getting the vehicle towed and wouldn't give me a receipt to prove I was using the lot as a customer and for it's intended purpose. Very grimy and disappointing.

To the owner of the business it would be appreciated if you covered the towing cost given the circumstances of me being punished for attending your business and happy to take the review down if this is just a misunderstanding or a single bad actor. I live close and come here pretty frequently. But given the the current circumstances and my recent experience I will never be back and don't suggest anyone else go either.

If anyone else has experienced something similar please comment so I can look into this further. Would just avoid this place if I were you. Not...

My boyfriend got us tacos from here because of all the great reviews. 3 breakfast tacos and 1 lunch taco and wow was it horrible. I'm from the RGV so I know a good taco when I have one and couldn't believe how flavorless these tacos were. The breakfast tacos with potatoes had the mushiest potatoes I've ever consumed. It felt like eating a taco with mashed potato in it but worse because at least mashed potato has more flavoring in it. Most times with a greasy taco it just tastes so good that it's worth finishing but Yucatán's lunch campechano taco was dripping in grease and just tasted so god awful I had to throw the rest away. We ended up throwing away almost all the tacos or just picking out certain ingredients like bacon and etc. Such a shame! Also, the salsas were not spicy at all and started to separate in the containers. This taco truck is meant for people who say they like mexican food and when you ask them their favorite restaurant they say Baby A’s. HIGHLY recommend going someplace else for...
