I am a repeat buyer through the Website, and Loyal Customer trying all the different flavors! I ordered the Cranberry Walnut (again), Lemon Cream, and Cream Cheese Kolachi's Loaf/Bar/Lucious Treat! All 3 were Exquisite!! The Cranberry Walnut is a Great New Flavor, my mom didn't make, Most everyone thinks of Cranberry as a Thanksgiving food, once you've tried this flavor you'll think otherwise, I've bought it twice now, because of the sophisticated subtleness of the flavor, It's like a danish, evenly balanced cookie, and unique confection combined into a Rare delight. With Old World Charm, and European Style. You have to try it to believe how Delicious, Moist, plumped with filling till it's bursting, perfection. It's reminiscent of a Cranberry relish(like my grandma used to make) yet Balanced to perfection! - Made from a Master Baker that could make these Blindfolded. She/He is a Force to be reconned with...the skill level that has Won Many Blue Ribbon Awards, I'm sure! That's the quality we're talking about ... The Lemon Cream is filled to the Brim, tangy and sweet, the perfect combo! 14-18 slices of Heaven! A perfect Spring and Summer Treat to share with the girls during a Mani Pedi party for the arrival of warmer weather! It is Refreshing Delectable way to welcome the Sun and share it with Loved Ones! The Cream Cheese Kolachi is the inhouse favorite, and you'll understand why when on your 1st bite, the luscious cream cheese squeezes out the sides, because there is So Much Filling. Hands down this is 3 times better than a bagel with cream cheese, The dough is the best compliment to the Rich Cream Cheese, it really makes the cream cheese shine, and who doesn't LOVE CREAM CHEESE! It's the only reason why I've eaten a bagel just have to try it to understand, how incredible it is. I am very finicky when it comes to food. I know Quality, Skill, and Mastery, when I See, Taste, and Experience it. The Finer and Authentic items life brings to us are Rare and Elusive on the Internet. This Bakery is the Real Deal, With Love to the Naumoff Family, Yay Youngstown, Yay OH, and Triple Yay to the Naumoff's!!! When this bakery says the items shipped are handled with Care and Love, this is an Understatement...All were packaged gently, thoroughly, and with Love. These folks Really Know what they're doing! The Kolachi Has Plenty of Filling and is the Crowning Star of this Bakery! It is baked to Perfection, just like my mom's with an Unbeatable Crust and filling that has a Balanced sweetness that is delectable! The filling choices are numerous and can satisfy Picky Palate's as well. The packaging is also Top Notch. The loaf is in a Thick/Heavy Weight/Plastic bag, vacuum sealed, then in a box that has the type of Kolachi inside. Well thought out, and keeps it fresh while protecting the Kolachi, during shipping. The Customer Service of the team is quite frankly Outstanding, Stars 6+. They don't pressure you to buy; tracking updates are accurate and at the times you need them. The staff enclose a card that is Hand Signed! These are the kind of things Customer Service Dreams are made of! What a Beautiful touch!! I did not go to the bakery! I have ordered many times from Butter Maid Bakery and I wanted to order a special gift for my out of state brother for his 80th birthday! Something that would send him loving memories since I do not see him often! There is 7 years between my brother and myself and when we were kids we would go to my grandmothers house to eat dinner, which was always the same: homemade noodles and chicken soup with nut kolachi cookie and nut rolls which the nuts would overflow just like Butter Maid Bakery! The delivery was the next day and my brother was so surprised and excited to receive his gift! He open his gift and in a matter of minutes the cookies were half gone and the nut roll was sliced! He called me in tears that gift was so delicious and brought the memories of my grandmother making our Sunday Dinner! We talked about when we were kids and all the loving thoughts way back in our lives especially the food Grandma would make! My grandmother was from Poland and as we both are older now, our stories we shared brought so many wonderful memories which was so close to our hearts! Wow...!! I just received my second package of Kolachi from Butter Maid Bakery. Both packages were gifts from my Sister who lives in Poland, Ohio. First package contained two Honey Walnut Kolachi. This package contained another Honey Walnut and Pecan. Both are Absolutely Delicious!! The Pecan is my Favorite. I'm from Ohio. I grew up in the small but Very Ethnic city of Warren. My Grandmother was Croatian. She and her sister, my Aunt Anna, made Kolachi like they were buttering toast!! They made it look easy!! Butter Maid Bakery comes as close to my family's recipe as I've ever tasted yet!! I can't say "Just like Grandma used to make" But... Darn Close. The dough is a bit different. But the taste is there for sure!! If you like Kolachi, you will be so Satisfied with their products. If you've never Experienced Kolachi, don't hesitate to try these Kolachi. I'm one very Satisfied customer!! The packaging is astounding. Very well done!! Oh.... and this company is Family Owned...
