Subway — Restaurant in Avon Park

So this subway is great depending on who is serving you. This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for my last experience here. This time I was on break from work and had 10 minutes left on my timer. I figured it would be enough because there was only one person in front of me, or so I thought. The customer was a friend of the employee so you can see how he would get distracted by conversation. They laughed and stood there like he wasn’t even at work. Also there was another gentlemen coming in and out of the store talking to the associate, not buying anything but just serving as a distraction. It took 10 minutes for him to prepare a 6” sub just for the person in front of me. My alarms went off, I was already late but hungry. So I ordered my sandwich and asked for a large drink and cookie like I always do. I come to this location a lot. He forgot my cookie. I had already paid. So I had to ask for it while he was making someone else’s food. I left very upset. I get back to work and they are understanding of the situation. I take a look at my receipt and not only did he forget to give me my cookie, he also didn’t charge me for it and the drink. I went a few days ago and the person who was going to charge me seemed confused and looked for help from another employee who was in the kitchen who told me a price that surprised me for something I had already bought there before when I told her to give me only one of the two orders she was rude it was then when I told her that I would hurt another subway and she started yelling at me that if I didn't have money to pay it was not her problem and she was not going to give me the food something I never asked her to do it when I asked her not to disrespect me by yelling that at me when I had the money to pay (I had it in my hand) she continued yelling from the counter and that was when I could not stand her disrespect anymore and I left if you want to be yelled at and disrespected come to this subway never in my life had they disrespected me like that they should definitely...

Paid with gift card had food delivered. I got cookies i didn't want or asked for. You cant just give a customer whatever what if they are allergic to nuts? Was given whatever they felt like giving me and not what I ordered.. The driver went to return it. Sandwiches made wrong.
