On August 6 around 8:30am I was placing somewhat a large order for my companies staff meeting. The customer service was extremely poor. I notified the cashier that I would be placing a large order and she didnât say anything about whether they would have enough of anything. She proceeded with my order and had an attitude after every request I made. I asked for 10 donuts and muffins and 2 Joe boxes and she made it seemed like I was asking for everything off the shelf. She yelled across the store telling her manager that they had a âbigâ order and the manager was just as bad and said a side comment that I should have called before I came in. I had to cancel the order because I was not happy with the customer service and how rude and disrespectful they were. The manager with a better attitude could have told me moving forward that itâs best to order ahead to avoid if anything set backs the store would have possibly had and I would have understood. I had to drive to the next location to order exactly what I wanted and they were excellent in the customer service with no attitude, when the cashier wasnât sure if they had something I requested she went and double checked to see if they had enough instead of rolling her eyes. She leaves the drive thru abandoned and will not answer, even to say thank you for your patience It'll be a moment... and then when you go in you are not greeted with a good morning its immediate attitude and "it's gonna be awhile cuz I'm busy and by myself. She proceeded to fulfill pick up orders including coffee and ignored me. I was the only customer in the store. This has also occurred when she is not by herself as well when manning the drive thru. When i was finally acknowledged, i said my name and that i was looking for an on the go order. She stared at me for a short moment and repeated her greeting. I repeated my request and she got it that time and went to check. This other employee then very abruptly said "nope". I went and checked my phone, lo and behold i had ordered from a different site accidently. I went back in and said it was my bad. No acknowledgement of that either.
