As we all know, navigating Ikea isn't always easy. However, my recent trip was amazing, and I received the most excellent customer service I have ever had at any Ikea that I have visited across multiple states. Some people just go above and beyond their duties, and one of them is named Victoria, who helped me in the children section. Victoria was so awesome, kind, patient, and extremely helpful!!! The best! Whoever is in charge at this facility should promote her asap to a leadership position. She is the perfect example A-Z of how customer service should be by far! I recently visited Ikea in Stoughton and had an extremely unpleasant encounter with one of their salespeople “Laurie”. Despite being a potential customer, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and humiliation. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting which makes me feel unwelcome and as if she’s firing me. I hope the management takes appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment.Worst service ever. I never met such a rude and impolite person like her .
