Rosendo's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Avondale

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rosendo's Taco Shop in Downtown El Cajon and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the salsa had just the right amount of kick, and the guacamole was to die for. Not to mention, the portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.

Don't go through drive thru! Place has gone downhill! We used to go here frequently and when our last order was messed up we called and was told to provide our phone number and we could come in for a new order. Went down there 2x as per the staff telling us to come in and was told we needed to return the food if we wanted a refund. Told them we offered to do that but was told not too to just give phone number to get new order. Spoke to owner's daughter Adrianna and was still told they would not help us. If replacing two burritos and a drink was worth losing our weekly business I hope it was worth it. Will never come here again too many other places to...

I go hear often for the carne asada fries but...... I wish they had better attitude. One time I told them they got my order wrong and I saw one of the lady’s that was cooking rolled her eyes. Today I went and the lady at the window handed me my order and closed the window so fast without saying have a nice day or nothing. Always pay with cash because they take forever to give your card back and you don’t know if they getting your card info. They need to fix the speaker from the drive thru.
