Read moreI went today and ordered the menudo. My wife said it tasted like it had a lot of Lemon which she had not added and she refused to eat it. I on the other hand like lemon so I ate it. Now five hours later I have non stop vomit and a rumbling stomach!
I had noticed the lady serving was getting it from a small pot instead of the usually big one all the way in the back corner. That should have been my first sign that this was not fresh! And reheated from who knows when!

I have tried all the other ones in the area, but this carniceria is the best since it tastes just like how grandma cooked. I go twice a month and drop about $120 and tip the butcher and servers a well earned tip. I even get help to my truck.
