I am just taking a moment to give positive feedback for what I would consider an outstanding employee- he is a Manager and his name is Mike and he works during the day and sometimes evenings as well.
I don’t care who you are or when you go, if you deal with Mike at all I have to say he is just EXCELLENT to deal with as he is pretty much always CONSISTENTLY pleasant, polite, courteous, super kind, calm, cool and collected, always fair and helpful and professional and works so hard all the time for Wendy’s and Wendy’s customers ! He works hard to make something right for a customer (within reason of course) when occasionally there is an issue while also doing a good job for his employer Wendy’s!
In my (hopefully humble!) opinion Wendy’s would be wise to hold onto this gentleman at all costs and offer every possible opportunity that may be available!
YOU WILL NOT FIND SOMEONE WHO IS BETTER AND MORE PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHETHER IT BE EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS !!!!! SOME FORTUNATE COMPANY (GO WENDYS!) SHOULD INVEST ALL THAT THEY POSSIBLY CAN TO DEVELOP THIS YOUNG MAN TO THE MAX!!!
I actually look forward to seeing him when I am craving a Wendy’s burger as it is so refreshing to order your meal from someone who even has a few of these qualities let alone someone like Mike and so
THANK YOU WENDYS FOR HITTING IT OUT OF THE PARK WITH AN EMPLOYEE LIKE MIKE IN ADDITION TO YOUR GREAT BURGERS ANX FOOD! ALSO LOVE YOUR BOO BOOKS AND ESPECIALLY WHAT THEY SUPPORT!!!!
HELLO! BEST CHARITY/CAUSE E V E R !!! G E T Y O U R B O O B O O K S N O W A N D H E L P S A V E. A P R E C I O U S C H I L D !!!!

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with this particular Wendy's as a regular. A few days ago, I had food from the Ayer Wendy's and ended up with food poisoning. Which is why I myself only got a Chilli this time. When I recieved my order, not only were the fries oil-logged and lukewarm, but most of the nuggets were missing batter and were pretty gross and lukewarm. The buns on the sandwiches were stale and hard, I was entirely missing a 10 PC nugget, and the junior fry had about 5-7 fries tops. The sandwiches themselves weren't hot at all, and one of the 4 pc nugs was missing a nugget entirely. I brought the food back because the quality was atrocious and was greeted with a very rude manager who called themselves Cory. Not only did they glare and grouch at me the entire time, but they shoved a coworker aside and yelled at them to move. They didn't look up my order and just went based off of what was in the bag. When they gave me my food and I went home, I found that the sandwiches were wrong(I'd asked specifically for no onions and extra pickles), there was mustard all over the wrappers, the buns were still stale, I was missing a 4 pc, some of the nuggets were still missing batter, and the junior fry was the same quality as the previous fries. Unfortunately, my roommate had to leave for work with the unfortunate quality food, so I couldn't go back and just had to deal. I did the servey before I ended up getting violently sick the last time I had food from this Wendy's. I never got a response. After this review, I will be doing another survey, and I will NOT be returning to the Ayer Wendy's for...
Read moreThe food was fine, but ordering was a big hassle. At the drive-thru, we selected two meals, with regular cokes, plus an order of chicken nuggets. They offered a Frosty, which I declined.
At the window they tried to give me a Frosty, which I declined again, one soda and two bags. I reminded them that we had ordered two cokes, so they gave me another drink.
After driving away we found one of the sandwiches was missing and discovered they charged for the Frosty I had declined as it was on the receipt in the bag.
I went back into the store and explained I was missing a sandwich and charged for a Frosty I did not order. The lady apologized and yelled over to the others for the burger and the guy says "oh, yeah, that was for the drive-thru, I have that here. Then she asks if I want my money back on the Frosty so I said nah, just give it to me since I didn't want to hold up the line. She asks if I want chocolate or vanilla, to which I clearly answered chocolate. So she brings back a vanilla frosty and I told her I asked for chocolate, so then she gets another Frosty, this time she got it right and hands me both Frosty's. So much for not holding up the line...
We drive away with our food now and to no one's surprise, the regular cokes turned out to be diet something, maybe Dr Pepper, but we couldn't t tell. They tasted gross so they were dumped.
Glad we don't pass by this location...
