I've visited Mulligan's twice now. The first visit was excellent. My friend and I sat at the bar and ordered an entree and a drink. I had the fish which was excellent. The bartender checked on us regularly and engaged in conversation when appropriate. She also sincerely thanked us for coming in and invited us to visit again in the near future. My second visit was the complete opposite of the first visit. My friends and were seated at a tall table instead of at the bar. Because I had enjoyed the fish so much on my first visit, I decided to order the same meal again. After waiting 35-40 minutes for our food, someone other than our waitress approached the table and said our tickets didn't print in the kitchen and that she needed to take our orders again. When my entree finally arrived, the fish was over cooked and dry which was obvious to me just from looking at it and should have been caught by the expediter before being sent out. I chose to eat it as it was past 7 pm and I didn't want to wait any longer for a re-fire. We also received no beverage refills while we were there and we were there nearly an hour and half. Staff offered a mere apology, but no compensation for the inconveniences we experienced. Service was extremely slow which was frustrating as staff was observed behind the bar on multiple occasions conversing with one another. For a slower Wednesday evening, I was quite disappointed to say the least. Mulligan's has the potential to be great, but definitely has some challenges to overcome, especially before the busier summer months and the...
Read moreThe food was incredible — flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Emma, our waitress, was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience enjoyable. The atmosphere of the place was great too — clean, lively, and fun to be at. Unfortunately, the entire night was tainted by the bartender, Bethany. She was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and had an attitude that made it feel like serving customers was a burden. Multiple guests noticed it, and it wasn’t just a bad moment — it was a consistent pattern throughout the night. Someone like that has no business being in hospitality. She seriously brought down the vibe of an otherwise excellent place. Management should take a hard look at who they’re putting behind the bar because Bethany is dragging the...
Read moreBeautiful building. We didn't do the golf simulators but we ate dinner. Service was great. Food was great! Menu was a bit selective, not much to choose from, but it is a new restaurant so I'm sure the menu will grow. Menu was a tad overpriced but not terrible. Food was great, zero complaints with the presentation and taste. Beautiful patio, enclosed for winter and heated. My only suggestion would be to have some type of ventilation as when we walked out there we could smell the fumes from the gas fire table/heaters. The simulators looked really cool, we did not try them. Was told they are $40 an hour during the week and $50 on the weekend ( I believe that's what they told us) reservations for the simulators are highly recommended as it is the main attraction of...
