First off, I was catfished into believing all the hype. Seriously catfished! Let's just say after this experience, I'm hoping no one else goes through the disappointment that I've gone through. I came in with low expectations and having to wait 30+ mins still Jollibee fails to deliver. I'm love spaghetti and this spaghetti isn't it. Tastes like hormel chili mixed with Chef Boyardee and sweetener. There wasn't any "meat" or "ham". Just one tiny slice of hot dog with shredded cheese on top. Spaghetti noodles were not overcooked and that was the only plus. 1/5 The yumburger with cheese should be called the yumless burger. Tastes exactly like microwavable burgers from 7/11, gas stations, and truck stops. Please stay away!!!! 0/5 (Mcdouble tastes so much better unfortunately) Original fried chicken was decent and I mean decent. The first thing that came to mind when I found out that the chicken comes with dipping gravy. "Places that have fried chicken and it automatically comes with some kind of dipping sauce knows that their chicken is bland." And I was correct. Don't get me wrong, the chicken was indeed fried correctly. However, it wasn't as delicious as the hype from their "agents" making it out to be which further added to the disappointment. The original Chicken was juicy, crispy, tender but bland. However, dipping it into the gravy made all the difference. 3/5 Spicy fried chicken again was decent and I mean decent. The chicken was indeed fried proper being crispy, juicy, and tender what you would expect from frying dark meat chicken. However, the spice overpowered everything and I mean everything. Just imagine biting into a piece of chicken and all you taste is nothing but spice, just spice. No chicken juice or flavor, no seasoning from breading, nothing. Just plain ol' spice. Overall, the chicken is not balanced in spices and just overwhelms you with spice flavor and not a spicy chicken flavor if you know what I mean. 2/5 Spicy fried chicken sandwich was the only saving grace. However, with that saving grace alone it isn't enough to draw me back for seconds. The chicken was very decent but I wished it had that overwhelming spice that their fried chicken had. It was odd because it was lacking spices. Bun was nice and soft. Completely opposite of their yumless burger. Chicken was crispy, juicy, and tender more balanced than the spicy fried chicken while lacking in the spice category. 3/5 Overall, having to wait 30+ mins in line just to order and spending $40 on the food that I received. It's not worth the time nor energy nor the HYPE! If you want to be catfished into believing the hype then go for it. For those that don't want to feel like they've been cheated or scammed. Avoid this trap!! P.S. Jollibee please keep this into consideration. You're hiring employees starting at $14 an hour meaning an employee would have to work 3 hours to even purchase what I did. Then, imagine them feeling cheated and scammed out of their hard earned dollars. ...

Seriously, the best ever spicy fried chicken! Spicy crispy and juicy! The chicken is cooked all the way! I wonder how they do that?? Frying in a pressure cooker ? They boil it first? I really have no idea, but it's cooked all the way and flavorful all the way!! I tried the original, and it was amazing, too !
Now get yourself a side of spaghetti and adobo rice! You will thank me ! The spaghetti isn't traditional at all! I love to call it " funny spaghetti!" ... don't get me wrong! I love it! This is just how I call it! It has a taste of bolognesa sauce with something sweet like ketchup, a hint of ham, and it has hotdog pieces! The Adobo rice was also amazing! It's spiced and has tiny pieces of meat ( not sure what meat! But I guess it's very tiny shredded pork meat). it was unbelievably delicious!!
I tried the yumburger, and it's just .... wait! It's not the best burger or anything like that! But I'm not the only one who said that this burger gave me nostalgia! For me, it's for Wimpy burgers I used to eat in my childhood in Egypt in the 90s! Wimpy was a British burger chain that was so famous in Cairo . Good burger! Try it and use the compliment to let me know what your feeling/nostalgia was!
The chicken sandwich was actually so good but not so special! Next time I'll add cheese and try but I really wish they could make the chicken itself spicy in the spicy sandwich as their spicy level that use with the fried chicken is so good and will make the sandwich one of the best chicken sandwiches ever! They really need to do that!
The palabok ( the Filipino noodles) was good, but honestly, I was super full when I tried it, so I couldn't continue or enjoy it, but I need to try it again!
Let me tell you about the staff!! Jay, the cashier, and Chinek, the manager, were super nice, and it seemed to me as they were trained how to treat a first-time customer! Very nice and very polite
The restaurant was super clean, the restroom was super clean, and they had one attendant all the time to clean up and assist the clients
The decorations were simple and mostly in beautiful bright colors such as red and yellow
I can't wait for Chantilly store to open in August 2023 because that will be only 10 minutes...

As a long-time resident of the area for over 35 years, I was thrilled when Jollibee arrived in the neighborhood. I remember the excitement and the long lines during it's grand opening, and since then, I’ve been a loyal customer, visiting the Alexandria location 3-4 times a month.
While I’ve come to expect a wait, it's never a issue before. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Francis, who is usually working preparing the food on the front counter. She was pleasant and professional. My receipt indicated 7:41 p.m., and I was informed there would be a 10-minute wait for my order. However, after 20 minutes passed with no update, I approached the counter and said I have been here 20 minutes.
A young gentleman kindly looked into the delay and explained the wait was for my spaghetti.I had ordered the 6-piece chicken deal: 4 spicy chicken pieces intended for my elderly mother, and 2 regular pieces for my daughter. However, the spicy chicken—marked with the small red flag—was not spicy at all and had an unpleasant taste. It was clear that the order was either incorrect or not prepared properly.
Just a few minutes later, a young woman yelled my name, dropped the tray of food on the counter and walked away. I couldn’t hear the full exchange between her and Francis, but I overheard the word “attitude” in response to something Francis said. I felt unfairly judged!
As someone who has worked in customer service for 25+ years, I understand the importance of treating every customer with respect. I can confidently say that I am courteous and kind, and one of the nicest person you would ever met.
I sincerely hope the management addresses the importance of professionalism and empathy when training staff. Every customer deserves to feel valued, regardless of the situation.
Today’s experience was disappointing and unfortunately, I will not visit this location again. I will drive to the new location...
