Ordered takeout and when I got home, I noticed that the California burrito that I ordered was not in the bag. I also realized that I was not asked what toppings I wanted for my tacos, so they had toppings I wouldn't have wanted. I ended up letting my wife have the tacos and settled for something in house since she was the one who wanted the missing burrito. She said that the tacos were fine. I won't let one bad experience deter me from trying the place again, but more customer service and attention would go a long way. The establishment does mobile orders as well (door dash, Uber eats, etc.), so I can only hope they're getting orders right for those services. Here? They add cilantro after saying they have no cilantro. And then they add extra cilantro when the thing doesn’t even come with it. My friend likes it, ordered Rice and it had no cilantro on top. I ordered rice after and they piled the cilantro on top.
I got chimichanga and asked for no cilantro, and instead of marking it, the kitchen said there was no cilantro and then piled it on top.
This place is terrible.
