OK this is the most lazy stupid people you will ever find Do not do deal with them first this happen [i know is my problem but hear me out first ]

my tired pop so i need it a road side assist. to come and help me take a bolt that I was not able to take !

then i call this place ok, the guys ask me where was I i give him the place where i stop and it was literally 1 Mile away . he said well i will send a professional to road assist me

ok this guy Tom was a racist he did not help me all he did was this

"" oh i can't take the bold i have to town you away Oh and it will cost you 200usd l''

so i said ok take me to this tired shop i give him the place where i wanted to go and he was like oh you want to go there meaning that that place was no good ''

right there the people where super nice really helpful the guy did the job for 10usd with no questions or complaining

so if you really want to get a nice service go to that address and im sure you will be happy !!!!! never call this idiots...

We were stuck on the 15N, 18 miles from NV border from San Diego, when the car needed to be pulled off the road due to a flashing oil light. It was 9/9/21 around 4pm and we were on the side of the road in the desert in 100+ degree heat! We contacted AAA for assistance. They told us someone would be out in 90mins. It actually took 3 hours! Just before we were going to call AAA and make sure we were not forgotten, Dennis from A-1 called us! He let us know he was on his way and he was sorry for the delay. He got there right when he said he would and made sure we (2 females) were ok and asked if we needed water or a bathroom stop before towing the car to the dealership. He explained that unfortunately just when we'd called there had been multiple accidents and breakdowns between us and NV and that was the cause of the delay for everyone. Dennis was more than professional, he was a saving grace! He got us safely to a dealership and made sure we were ok before he left us to go help more motorists! I hope I never have that experience again, but I will not...

Recently we were stradnded 11 miles out of Baker, CA and Justin, the owner, came to our resuce.Our 17 year old Hummer had over heated in 111 degree weather. They had to keep it overnight because it was a complex problem. Justin even towed all our 5 passengers and all of our gear into Henderson to get a hotel at 11:P.M.Justin is compassionate, honest , efficient and knows how to get the job done. His invoicw lists every detail of his repairs and his prices are fair especially when you are stranded in the hot desert and can't get to your destination..I just wish he were my mechanic in my city cause he's the best in the west in my book.
