Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Two night ago I went to The Habit on Panama and Ashe in Bakersfield, CA. I used the drive thru. I got home , went to open up the bag & it looked like dried blood on the side of the bag ! I even compared the color to the red color of the Habit logo. Totally different colors. So, I trashed my burger !! Next night, drove back to this restaurant & showed the manager. She is telling me that if it was blood , it would be runny . Runny ???? After over 24 hours , it would be runny? I didn't accept that answer. Then she tells me it's ink , even tho they're both different colors. She then shows me a different bag that had this color of red ink. Why didn't she show me the other bag in the first place ? She offered to make me another burger. Ok. I accepted. Again I drove home & went to eat my burger & bit into it. It was just browned on the outside & RAW in the middle . What ??? I've never gotten a raw burger from them. But , ive always have gone to the one on California Ave. So , again I trashed my burger !!! I will never go back to this restaurant !! Ordered from this location using Uber eats. There was no problem with the Uber eats service. The problem was with Habit Burger filling the order correctly. I ordered the meat well done on both burgers, and they were undercooked. The burgers were dripping in so much grease the bun was falling apart from how soggy it was, and it just made the bun not edible. The fries and onion rings were not fresh, overcooked, and dried out. To top all this off, my order was missing an item. Uber eats can't check this because the restaurant seals the orders when using a delivery service, which is a good thing, but also why I know this was all the restaurant and not the delivery service. Highly disappointed in this location for the amount of money spent on this disaster of a meal. At least Uber eats did credit me back the missing item so they get a good review. I have loved most of the menu from the teriyaki burger to the green beans. The food is always fresh and the drive thru fast. I have an issue with tipping at the drive thru. I paid with card and they had a screen to add a tip, AT A DRIVE THRU! This is crazy! They hand me a bag with my food what service do I have to tip for? The point of tipping is to pay for employees that make like 2 dollars an hour, but here in California fast food workers make regular minimum wage. I just wanted a snack.
