I recently had the pleasure of dining at India Pavilion, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for an incredible culinary journey. The menu boasted an impressive array of authentic Indian dishes, each with its own distinctive flavors and aromas. I opted for the BUTTER CHICKEN and oh boy it was DELICIOUS! The tender chicken, smothered in a creamy sauce, was a perfect harmony of spices and richness. It paired flawlessly with the fragrant basmati rice and freshly baked cheese baked naan bread. I tried breakfast while going to Las Vegas from San jose. It turned out to be so good that I did the dinner as well during return trip. Amazing tea, aloo, gobhi parantha. My kids liked it very much. In dinner we had Dal tadka and aloo gobhi with tawa roti. It was delicious. Almost same as you find in Punjab. Friendly staff.
