This place truly shows that if the food is good, people will come regardless or how fancy or not the place is. The food was authentic. The handmade tortillas make all the difference. The birria was good, the huevos con chorizo were good too. But for me what took the prize were the handmade tortilla grilled tacos. The freshly made tortilla slightly fried one the grill with your choice of meat is amazing!!! At only $2 is just right!!! Everyone was eating the menudo so I know its already a winner. I think this was the first review I did for Google a couple years back. Well I'm still eating here that should tell you something right there. I like the food very much. You get good sized portions and the food is good. It's always consistent even when I noticed it's the other cook filling in for the main Chef. Guess he needs a day off once in a while. Lol. this place has a pretty good rating so my husband and I decided to try it out. It was edible, but I wouldnt go there again. I had carnitas and my husband had lingua. The carnitas had no flavor and was VERY fatty. The lingua was better, but nothing special. It cost $21 for nachos and a burrito so it wasnt that cheap.
