This was by far the worst pizza i've ever had anywhere in the US - and i've traveled the entire US 4 times.
We were super excited to have a new pizza restaurant within walking distance from our apartment. Especially since the new shops seem to have an slightly elevated vibe compared to other shopping areas around town. Things started off promising as opening weekend was packed. We thought to ourselves - this will be great!
We placed a takeout order of wings, a medium hot hawaiian pizza, turkey sandwich, and cinnamon treats. Service was courteous and prompt - we had no concerns with picking up our order as we were in and out.
At first sight, the wings looked delicious - however one bite in and we quickly discovered they were undercooked. If only we had taken a picture of the pizza - it was covered in a mixture of white & yellow cheese (which we found yellow cheddar cheese to be odd). The pizza was soggy and had a strange cardboard texture on the bottom of the crust- possibly a frozen take & bake crust. Not a flavorful pizza and the garlic sauce was an overpowering mayonnaise taste. The turkey sandwich consisted of turkey, dried ham that slightly resembled bacon, and drenched in garlic mayo sauce - not a flavorful choice. The cinnamon treats were balls of uncooked dough soaked and floating in butter and icing.
Everything tallied up to $60 and we ended up not being able to eat anything beyond a few bites. Honestly, your better off sticking to big box pizza brands at this point. The biggest issue is the service. The staff are generally friendly, but it always feels like no one really knows what they’re doing. I've been charged incorrectly for the lunch special before, and when I asked about it, the explanation I got made zero sense… and I still ended up overpaying. Ordering always seems to be a slow process and an issue.
There have been other weird experiences too—like the time they ran out of "water" cups and instead of letting us use the regular cups, they made us pay to use those. Even though they were out of the other ones. Make it make sense.
Tonight, we were the only ones dining in. The person taking our order might’ve been new, but seemed super confused over a pretty basic order. The outside seating area was gross—old food and trash on the ground, tables covered in dust. The bathrooms were out of soap. Not a great vibe.
On the plus side, most of our food was actually really good and the order was about 80% right. But one of the pizzas was made wrong, and honestly, I didn’t even bother asking for a fix or refund because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle.

I have heard from people in the area that this store can be quite slow with orders and to give extra time, I only have a 30 min lunch and wanted to have enough time to eat. I ordered a personal pizza and a cookie so it said 20 min pickup time. I wanted to give extra time so about 25 mins later I drove to the store so probably around 30 mins total. When I got there they still said I had to wait another 7 mins and I said ok. Since I had my 30 min lunch timer going I could see the 7 mins come and go. At the 15 min mark(45 mins after placing my order) I went back to ask and they said they were still waiting on the cookie. About 3-4 mins later I got my order and the grabbed my receipt before I could and tossed it. I work in food service too and I get when you are short staffed but they had a ton of employees there and 1/2 were just talking to each other. When I got home my pizza did taste really good but my cookie was burnt unfortunately. I didn’t want to call that store to talk to a manager because obviously whoever is there is allowing these behaviors to happen so I called another one.
