Casa Guerrero — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

I have finally decided to try this restaurant after many years of wanting to visit. So happy it’s a Seafood and Mexican food restaurant. We stepped inside and were welcomed to the strains of upbeat Mexican music and by a nice and friendly hostess. She invited us to sit anywhere, then gave us the menus and complimentary chips and salsa. My son ordered the Huevos con steak, Mom had the hot cakes and eggs, and I chose the Camerones a la diabla. The food was good although little salty, just our personal preference. The shrimp were plump and juicy, not overcooked. Piping hot corn tortillas made fresh in house. The cafe de olla was bold and delicious. Their gender neutral restroom was clean and was complete with a baby changing station than can be stowed up...

Love this place The sevice is awesome, and they have good daily deals ! Its not the best Mexican food i ever had but it definitely is GOOD TASTING! I GIVE THEM 5 STARS cuz the customer service along with the food is five stars together. And yes I would recommend it to anyone. I ordered red posole. The posole that came out was white and looked to be mixed with red. Perhaps to cover up that they may have ran out. The bowl was 90% hominy. Whatever pork in the bowl was really tough and dry. They give you mediocre home-made tostadas with beans smeared on them along with cheese of cotija. It was all bad.
