Went through drive thru around 5:30 p.m. 1/11/25 I ordered 1 med coke and two cheese burgers, secret sauce and pickles only.
The young lady at the drive thru told me that they wouldn't put secret sauce, I would have to do that myself, she would give me the secret sauce packs. I asked why and she told me with an attitude that "they don't do that" Needless to say I canceled the order.
I'm driving and eating, I have no time to do this function, to do their job.
I have ordered this same thing from Jack's for decades, every single location it has never been a problem, until today.
I called shortly after I canceled the order and asked for the manager or district managers name and the same young lady who worked the drive thru answered the telephone and told me that they cannot give out that information.
Will never buy from this location ever again. And I will also tell this story to as many people as possible. That the service at the jack in the Box on Ramona Blvd., Balwin Park, right across from Walgreens has terrible customer service, rude people are hired to work this location.
Customer service is king and there are too many options to have to settle for sub-par service.

I asked for a different shake when I asked for a large chocolate shake, and it was given to me looking like a vanilla shake. Even the other customers in the line said the same thing, it looked like a vanilla shake. And since I had the audacity to ask for what I ordered, I got a bad attitude in return from the staff there. I was told repeatedly that even though it looked like a straight vanilla shake, it was indeed chocolate. Maybe because I paid using EBT, I wasn't entitled to getting what was paid for? Or because I used EBT, I should have just been happy with what was given to me? I'm not going to single out the 2 employees with the attitude, even though I should, because I don't want somebody losing their jobs over something like this. Maybe the 2 of them were just having a really bad day? Who knows. In any case, I felt so much resentment coming from these 2 employees, that I didn't even eat the food I had ordered, because I was worried those employees were mad enough to have added something to my burger or shake that shouldn't have been in them. No back up system in place? The next morning same time . Put an order in through drive through and went around to the window. My total was about $18 so I was pulling $20 from my wallet and it ripped in half. The cashier at the window refused to take it , company polisy he said, and wouldn't take a larger bill, again company policy which I can get behind that last one. So basically I left to work hungry and passed off. The cashier was also very rude and he was acting as if he didn't want to be there and I was bothering him.
