Order the new New Yorker to give it a try. I usually go to another popular pizza chain cause of price, ease and convenience. I typically only liked the pizza hut pan style pizza on account the other crust styles they did taste like fake plastic bread. I think this particular pizza hut location may just be poorly managed. They inefficiently expedite online orders for pickup that are already paid for, I had to wait almost 30 minutes from the time my pizza was ready at 4:05pm and received it after 4:30pm waiting in line to pickup what I already paid for, theres another chain that handles pickups amazingly. The order I believe was not done properly by the person making the pizza. I ordered a double pepperoni that uses both a traditional pepperoni and well the old world pepperoni. It looks like it was done only with old world pepperoni and I maybe see possibly a few pieces of the regular pepperoni (also not cut into the big 6 New York style slices it was cut into 8). I'm picking this up on superbowl gameday so I think I may be possibly getting the pepperoni stretched out by this chain cause maybe they're trying to conserve the pepperoni toppings so that they do not eun completely out if supply to fulfill potential orders. The New York pizza tastes good and I think theres a huge improvement on the crust cause it actually taste like real pizza doe bread crust unlike so many of pizza huts other crusts that tast like fake frozen pizza taste. This location just needs to make the item properly fir the customer tho.

Man this place has gone way down. I'm not picky I don't mind if it's not picture perfect but at least make it look like it hasn't been in the trash. I ordered stuffed crust with pepperoni/ sausage and extra cheese. They put cheese I'm the crust but left the rest out. It looks like it was picked up from yesterday's left overs. I used to work at a Little Ceasars it was my 2nd job at 19. Even I took some pride and made sure the pizzas I made looked good and tasted. I really see no excuse as to why they'd make something like this other than the staff could care less. I get it, it's just a job they are only making pizzas. But people are spending their hard earned money for their food it's not their fault you hate your job. Just quit and find a better job if you hate it that bad. I'm sure not one of the staff would be happy if they spent $29 and got this delivered.

You can order on the app for pick up. There is a service fee and it also has the option for tips. It’s late night, I have the munchies and a pizza craving. They’re open till 1 am. So I gave in. Order was ready in 22 minutes as quoted. No more free crushed pepper or parmesan cheese packets. They sell them now. Original pan pepperoni pizza was piping hot and hit the spot. The melts was greasy and tasted old. Mini Cinnabons are freshly made. Soft, sweet, and ooey-gooey. Parking is a little hard to find during the day because it’s shared with other businesses and a grocery store. Service was ok.

For a place that had teenagers for employees I must say they were very helpful , friendly , and above all very professional staff. It’s very rare that a fast food chain has an experience like these. The young lady whom I picked up the order from was the icing on the cake. Experience with teens with a very respectful attitude towards service is always appreciated. This young lady was very honest and forthcoming, I ask for specific items that I would like for my pizza and asked me not to because she didn’t want to hand me something that she wasn’t very much comfortable handling out. ( I asked why she felt that way about items I asked for, she implied that she’s never seen or have been asked to update items under the counter top ) ^ ( cheese and crushed peppers ) I always figured that those items were not available because of high demand or because they were free and handed out with orders )

Turns out I was wrong about the items, she said they always have them and they don’t give them out they are sold and that is why they always have them but never check expiration dates.

-The lady generously said “ i would hate for you to ruin a $37.76 order for cheese and peppers that may be out of date “

-wen she said that to me I asked her that if she was a manager or person in charge she implied she wasn’t. Then I said to her that her attitude dedication and persistence can pay off if she was working in a place that had more respect for...
