Worst Starbucks with the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. Today I went into this location at 5:00 pm. It’s Thursday so they had the buy one get one free deal going one. I ordered a Venti lavender matcha with no ice the girl continues to put grande in the system. Im reading it and I repeat myself let me get that venti plzzz! She said yesss I will let me scan ur phone first. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be exact. They are literally skipping everyone who came in the store to place the order. Giving priority to drive thur and mobile orders. Finally I see they set my drinks on the counter. Two GRANDE drinks I ask the girl hey is my order ready. I give her my name because my name was never called and my drinks had been sitting there for 5 mins. She was like “Yess these are yours” I was like I ordered the venti you guys charged me for the venti. She was like if you want venti we will have to remake your drinks you will have to wait and pay the difference. I was like what do you mean the difference you guys are changing me $7.65 mind you the venti lavender matcha is only $6.75 at his location. She starts getting crazy with me rolling her eyes trying to charge me extra. I was busy I didn’t even make it to pick up my daughter from school. I told her you know what I’ll take the drinks just leave it. As I’m driving home I decided to go on the app and I’m literally checking I got overcharged cuz like I said a venti is not $7.65. I live all the way in Covina sooo I picked up my daughter. Went back to the store I asked to speak to the manager. The girl that came to talk to me was the same girl with the attitude that goes by the name of Jackie. She was more calmed I took the drinks back and told her I was most definitely getting overcharged she was telling me the prices went up. I told her I know they did but why is the app telling me that at this exact location the venti drink I’m asking for is literally $6.65 she starts looking into the system finally after I had to come back she decided to take some consideration into what i was telling her. To tell me that the reason it came out that expensive was because they charged me for extra milk. Never did I ask for extra milk she was like “because you want your cup fill to the top right” my cup was literally half milk and half foam. I told her you know what I had to come all the way back here just give me my refund. This girl calls herself the supervisor but has 0 idea how to run a store how to deal with customers and how to talk to people. Every Starbucks I been to people have never gave me such bad service. Rolling eyes and getting loud. She didn’t even know how to give me a straight answer about anything. She said she didn’t know anything about the prices i simply don’t understand how she’s a lead. I told her I wanted to talk to her manager. She said the manager is Matthew. I asked her when is he at the store cuz I want to talk to him. She said she had no idea. To moral of the story is that I wasted all kinds of gas, time and didn’t even get my drinks. This Starbucks has horrible customer service starting with the “supervisor”. Upping the stars because the District Manager reached out to me and when I came in again, the manager made sure to make it a pleasant experience and apologized for the incident that happened before. I don't ask for much, just good customer service from a place a patronize. Hopefully, things will continue to be on the up and up.

Hopefully they'll do some better training for this employee in the future: November 20, 2017 To Whom it May Concern: Today at approximately 9:50 am I made a mobile order to be picked up at my local store. Upon arriving at the Mobile Pick-Up counter, Cindy asked if I was Bridget and then asked if I wanted sugar cane pumps in my drink because it said on the receipt, "No 7 pumps." At the same time that I was informing her that if it stated, "No pumps" that meant no pumps, her coworker actually came up behind her and also informed her when it said that, it meant no pumps. Cindy then huffed, then stated well, "I was just making sure," and then said, "We don't have no Stevia either, so I don't know what you want me to do." I responded by saying, "You don't have any Stevia?" She huffed again and said, "No." I told her to make it with nothing and then she turned and stated, "Well, someone's grumpy this morning!" With that comment, I told her to not make my drink at all and to refund me my money. She quickly said, "Okay" and went to the register. I met her on the other side of the register and asked her name. I had to asked 3 times until she responded. I then asked who were manager was and she volunteered to get her for me. When the manager came out, I introduced myself and began telling her the issue. Cindy then came behind the manager and slammed my money down on the counter and said, "Here's your refund," and left. I paused in speaking to the manager because I felt the act, right in front of her manager was rude and the manager did nothing to correct or acknowledge it. To have an employee interrupt a conversation and then not even hand the money to the customer nor ask the customer if she wanted the money refunded to the card she purchased it with, I thought went beyond bad customer service. After I finished telling my issue to the manager, we stood there for a few seconds while I was waiting for her to respond. When she didn't, I asked her what she was going to do to rectify the situation. She told me that she would have a talk with Cindy. Although, I told the manager I haven't been treated the way Cindy has treated me to today by another Starbucks employee, I honestly have stopped coming to this Starbucks as often as I used to because of the lack of customer service. The store is right around the corner from my house, but daily trips have turned into monthly trips. It is clear to me that the lack of customer service and professionalism at this store comes from the top since the conversation with the manager was lacking in all parts of control and responsibility as well. Read moreThis specific location is overdue for a well deserved review I don’t know why it’s taken me so long but I’ve been coming to this location for years!!!! I can’t stress that enough! Mind you I have about two other locations I can go to but I will not!!! Ever go to another location. When your baristas know you on a first name basis and treat you like family! That’s what keeps me and my family and friends going to this location they actually care!!!! They always get our drinks right! And the biggest thing is I’m all about customer service!!!!! Being in the customer service industry I take it seriously and hands down all of the employees here are the best at what they do.
