EZ Inflatables — Local services in Baldwin Park

One of the worst companies I have ever done business with, if not the worst. I ordered a dolly and two inflatables from them that had to be changed several times in order to get them at a (somewhat) reasonable time which was not was stated on their website. Carlos one of their associates, was nearly impossible to get ahold of and they never contacted me, I had to contact them regarding these issues every time. After settling for inflatables I didn’t want from the start and FINALLY receiving my items, the dolly was bent and the owners manuals were missing. I spoke to (I believe it was) Art, and he blatantly lied to me stating that they don’t include the manuals with their products which is exactly opposite of what their website states. Fast forward a couple months, all of the bearings in the dolly tires had blown despite not even exceeding half of its rated weight capacity. I purchased some better bearings that matched to the size of the axle and came to find out that the axle they used is some nonstandard size so I had to buy myself a metal rod and cut a new axle in order to have a useable dolly. Called Carlos about the issue and he told me I must’ve disassembled it wrong, blaming me for their inferior product lol. I’ve had a cheaper dolly from Moonwalk USA that has far exceeded the quality of this one despite it being thinner metal and it’s lasted me 6 years. EZ inflatables has exceptional customer service and quality products, to say they have been helpful would be an understatement. Prior to ordering from EZ inflatables, we'd purchased from 2 other manufacturers and got treated like "just another sale", no bad experiences perse, but also no guidance on the industry or products we were purchasing. From our very first phone call, (which was to order replacement tether straps for another manufacturer's unit), they have mentored and offered advice with every step of every transaction. We are a small business, new to the industry, with much to learn, and Art has been a guide to us the entire way. We always discuss our purchases, in depth, before calling to place our order, and instead of just taking our money and placing the order, Art discusses our purchases vs customer demands and pricing points in comparison to units we currently have, and even offers products he believes will contribute to our success (even if it isn't for their financial gain). I know we're still the "small fish" in the pond and I'm sure they get orders much more lucrative than ours on a daily basis, but they truly care about the success of our business. If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not buy from them unless you want to pay double for the unit as what's posted online. Think twice before doing business with these people. Eddie the owner will add in extra hidden fees after you already paid for the inflatable. That way you will have no choice but to pay the extra charges. On top of the hidden fees you will have to call them to remind them that they have received money from you and they have not called you to confirm the order or shipped it out.After the order was placed I had to call them several times until on the fifth day of calling someone picked up and turned out she did not even know they took online orders.
