Krazy Cone Dari, LLC — Restaurant in Baltic

I have been a long time returning customer since this dari was called JR's Dari. Food is always great, staff always friendly. Very nice little establishment in a small community. I gave a 3 star review simply due to the fact that the dari is very unorganized when it comes to assisting customers in a timely manner. I understand that staffing is an issue for many companies and that is not what my review is about. This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. When a customer calls in ahead of time and orders lunch, they are told on the phone it will be ready in 10 mins. You leave work on your 30 min lunch break, drive to the establishment and then stand there and wait for 20 more mins because the staff is taking orders from customer that cant make up their minds on what they want. Then the ice cream orders get made immediately. In the meantime, you can see inside that your order is setting on the counter getting colder and colder by the minute. By time you get to the window to pick up your preordered lunch...you know have VERY few minutes to get back to work scarf your now cold food down before your lunch break is over. My suggestion is to have a pick-up only window. There are 2 windows at this dari. Designate 1 as orders and 1 as pickups. Your customers will flow through more efficiently. Ones that order ahead of time now no longer have to wait for other customers to decided what they want and then wait even longer for that order to...
