ALBERTO'S PIZZA — Restaurant in Baltimore

My food was $53 and they charged my card $65. I even tipped the driver not knowing they ripped me off for extra money. I called and told them last night and they said their credit card machine does that and it will be back on my card in morning that they didn't do it that its my visa card. My visa card never did that before. It clearly says they took it. I haven't used it anywhere else. I want my money today back from them because i did not agree as my receipt says. It was $53 not $65. I hope they bring my money by today and give it back to me. I should not have to wait for it. I never authorized that amount. I will take further action if they don't fix this promptly. They also gave my kids expired yogurt over a month old and the Alfredo was not good. My kids didn't even eat it. I call today and says their open but they got a landline answering and voicemail that's unprofessional. I'm not happy. I want my money they took off my card! It was not my card...

A package to the food and it looks so nice in the nice box they had it arranged beautifully. I took one small bite of the french fries and can tell that the fries were made in old grease and it tasted like old Mexican food so then I tried my cheesesteak which was completely burnt the meat was burnt the lettuce they use was totally dead and wilted. The tomatoes were tiny and mushy The taste was absolutely horrible. The entire meal is in my refrigerator I'm hoping to return it and get my money back tomorrow. I can't spend $17 on a meal that originally on the flyer said $8.99 with a $2 tip I paid $17 and now you tell me how that price doubled? I mean the pizza was tasty, but i ordered an xlarge and they showed up with a large and insisted it was correct. Clearly wrong, they came back out with an xlarge this time, and this time they decided not to cut it. The turkey sub was ehh, but thats prob my fault for ordering it. Finally they gave me mayonnaise and ketchup to go along with my buffalo wings...like what??? All this took almost 2 hours. This was a one and done...
