B MOOR BITES AMERICAN AND SEAFOOD RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Baltimore

Ok so I came in the staff was laid back didn’t greet me and the young guy who took my order acted as if he didn’t wanna be there anywho I ordered the salmon meal comes with two sides for 21 dollars and he told me it would be about 20 mins so me and my hubby went to Newyork fried chicken next door to order his meal as we ordered his meal from nyc a burger and fry we waited for his food and once finish we decided to go pick up my food cause it had been well over 20 mins I walk back in the young lady there asked if she could take my order u explained to her no I already ordered she asked was it a grub hub all while the young guy who took my order and accepted my money is sitting there looking lost I told her no I just walked in and placed my order she looks at him grabs a ticket and he explains he totally forgot and they would get the order done as I complain about his negligence she reassured it would be 5 mins and he said he would give me a free drink nonchalantly after mistakenly forgetting my order so I go out and wait another 20 mins send my husband back in to get the order he comes back with a cupcake (for free) after the young guy said free drink I didn’t want a cupcake cause I already ordered cake from nyfc for desert but anywho he gave me the cupcake we left after 40 mins of waiting for one meal as I arrive home to devour the meal it’s still fresh as in hot the fish is plain no flavor and very hard on the outsides(salmon) with no flavor at all as well as dry the spinach was the best part cooked to perfection the mashed potatoes were plain didn’t taste butter salt or flavor so I would rate my meal from them a 2 just because the service sucked the young man needs better customer service skills and the spinach was the best out of the entire meal wouldn’t recommend salmon maybe it’s because mines was rushed after finding that he forgot to tell them I ordered but I’m not sure overall exp was ok besides the young guy negligence but won’t be eating there again unless it free Update: went again on someone’s dime ordered the crab platter was greeted by a young lady by the name of Deandra was such a sweetheart this time around very empathetic to my last experience she gave me such a great experience she was nice made sure I didn’t need any extra utensils even called twice and came out to look for me when food was ready she well packed My meal reassured me she appreciated my business and hoped To see me soon now that’s how customer service should go as I got home with my crab platter and salmon platter for my hubby food was piping hot fresh as heck and to DIE FOR it was so good this time My mouth is still watering for the crab cake I ordered a cupcake again and it was bomb as I’m banging so delicious and there lemonades were so good I ordered double love the experience this time and food whoever cooked that night please don’t let the chef or the lady Deandra go very nice and did I mention food was Greeeeaaat definitely coming back as long as Deandra s there and the chef I got to...

I came to this location on Jan 22 the young man who took my order acted as if he didn’t wanna be there & had headphones in his ear. I order the sea duo & when I got all the way home I opened the bag to see that I received someone else's order , never coming back here again. Bad enough you have 20 people outside asking about weed just to get inside the store & the same person outside asking me about weed came in the store and walked directly behind the counter.

EDIT : on Jan 25 my sister said she would treat me to food so I figured why not. We ordered 4 chicken Quesadillas & a crab tato , upon arrival We was greeted by a young lady by the name of DD. She was such a sweetheart this time around very empathetic to my last experience she gave us top tier experience. wonderful wonderful wonderful great experience she was nice made sure I didn’t need any extra utensils even called twice and came out to look for my car when our food was ready she packed my meal & drinks tight so they wouldn't spill & reassured me she appreciated my business and hoped To see me soon now that’s how customer service should go as I got home my food was so tasty but it had this funny tasting seasoning on it. It seemed different than normal I called back to ask & was told that's the chefs own season overall I'll give it an 3/10 , the food was good but whatever seasoning the chef casey used didn't taste so good but I loved the experience this time and food please don’t let chef casey or the young lady DD go very nice and did I mention food was Greeeeaaat minus the chefs special seasoning...

The food was good. Of course the shrimp was counted like every establishment in this City does. The lemonade was advertised bigger than served. I am not a fan of the green bottle of imitation lemon juice, used to make it. The pasta I ordered menu price was 30 dollars. Once rung up the pasta individually rang up to 35 dollar and of course other taxes and fees. These establishments minus well charge you a fee for talking to the cashier. One issue was they moved their location and the new location was not far from one of their older locations. There was no sign on the building at all. I guess they need time for that. I was kind of upset waiting in line to find out my food was up the street at the other location. All because they are both located on North Ave. 85 dollars for 2 pastas I will put these hands to work in my kitchen time The food was good... The entertaining argument between the chef and cashier was pure enjoyment while I waited was too. She definitely made the 10 dollars back the people before me got over on her for (what they was arguing about) by taxing me but it's ok and the main reason I won't be back. Oh and before you walk in there is always a nice crowd of gentlemen offering to sell you something. Don't worry they are in front of both locations. So you won't miss the offers... Lol!
