N.Y. Chicken Fish & Grill — Restaurant in Baltimore

I wouldn't eat from this place if my life depended on it. To get in you have to swim through a gauntlet of drug dealers who will very openly and loudly try to sell to you. Once you make it past them (stage 1) you now advance to the drug dealers inside the store (stage 2) who do the same thing. There is always a congregation of people in there, at least 8 or 9 sitting in the lobby not wearing any kind of mask and just looking like a cesspool of COVID waiting to happen. The younger employee at the register is the only one who works hard. The others just hold conversations like they aren't even at work. No one behind the counter is wearing a mask, exposing every ones who's food they prepare and talk over to this new pandemic. Go here at...

Ordered a 10 piece mixed chicken family meal. My 10 pieces of chicken consisted of 2 thighs, 3 legs , and 5 wings. The meal is meant for 3 people obviously because it came with 3 cans of soda but the size of the sides where basically single serving. Ordered an extra Mac and cheese for $3 and received the same size. You can see how tiny they are next to the can of soda. The red beans and rice was dry and tasteless, the Mac and cheese noodles where dry and over cooked- not sure what it tasted like, my daughter used the word funky to describe it, the mashed potatoes where definitely instant, and the banana pudding ( the $5 pudding) was instant banana pudding with a few soggy nilla wafers on top. Will never order...

The food is okay. However the area is not good. Never leave your car running and run in the store. Especially if you dont have someone inside who can lock your doors. 2 young boys from the gas station were plotting to steal what they thought was my running unsupervised van. I have tents and they saw my husband get out the driver side. 1st boy, walked up on the passenger side, once my husband was in the store. He saw me and tried to play it off like he wasn't about to grab my handle. 2nd boy came a few minutes later, walking directly towards the open driver window. Alhamdulilah, I was quick enough to roll the window up and make sure the locks were on. Heavy drug traffic area. EVERYBODY DON'T WANT TO BUY...
