Firstly, the drivers are lazy. I put no contact due to having covid and I asked them to bring it to the porch. (I can't eat or taste but i got this for my fiance who works 13 hour shifts) I even included the fact I had covid in the driver's instructions. They call me and say they are outside. Mind you, it's 8 at night and I'm a 5'2 woman. I said that it's a no contact and I don't feel comfortable coming to your car at night. The guy says he's not coming to the door and started what i assume as bad mouthing me in his language. I hang up and as I'm opening the door to walk outside (w/ a fever of 103) he stomps on the gas and speeds off. I call the store and ask for a manager and I can hear the same guy in the back yelling profanities in English and his own. I tell the manager what happened and he says they don't come to doors anymore. I tell him that I was just trying to protect not only myself but his employee because I have covid. THEY TELL ME THAT I CAN COME IN PERSON AND PICK UP MY FOOD. (mind you I left a 7 dollar tip) I say no, just give me a refund including the tip. Then nooooow the manager said he can bring my stuff to my house and bring it to the door. Nope! Give me my refund! He started what I assume is bad mouthing me as I'm giving him my order #. That happened about a month ago. Fast forward to today, I'm at a friend's house who lives like a 5 minute drive away. She says she's ordering pizza from papa johns (same location as what I had the above interaction at). We order and they come like 40 minutes later. They call her and she's getting up to get the pizza and I'm like, "oh I'll walk with you" and she's confused and I tell her that they don't come to doors anymore. And as I said that, she opens the door and the SAME MAN FROM MY INTERACTION is at the door handing her the items... So be aware, the drivers lie and the managers do too. Pizza was cut incorrectly and burnt on the...
Read moreI called Papa John's so I could make a change to the order but someone had picked up the phone and sat it down for 2 minutes waiting for me to hang up. Since I did not hang up they hung up on me. When I called back, this lady had answered the phone and when I mentioned what happened, she stated she is the only one answering the phone and then hung up on me again. I called back and she picked up the phone again. I asked for the manager and she said it was her and that her name is Mustapha. She proceeds to hang up on me for the 3rd time so I called back and upon answering the phone, she stated "OK, Gregory, I see you are at [home location]I will see you when I get off" and then hangs up the phone again. I called back again and I asked what was her problem. She wouldn't say so I asked her to cancel the order. She stated the order was already canceled and hung up the phone once more. I called one last time and someone else answered but wouldn't speak. I could hear her saying to the person answering the phone "I know who is calling and I'm going to his house when I get off". This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I won't ever order from here again! P.S. The order wasn't canceled and I never...
Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered from the one on 33rd St but it somehow got transferred to the one at walbrook junction. Any who I was told my order would take 35-45 minutes. Once that time passed I checked in to see how much longer it would be and the recording said 22 minutes. So cool I left my phone upstairs and went down stairs. When I came back up stairs I seen that I had a few missed calls. The driver said he was taking my food back because I didn't answer. I didn't answer. What was the purpose of taking my address and drop off option just to make their own drop off choice. I didn't say call me I said leave it at my door. Not once did they tell me the driver would call when they was outside. Some of these drivers want tips after the already ridiculous fees that the people already got to pay. Yet some are too lazy to even drop the food off outside my door. How he know I wasn't at the door waiting for him to drop off my food and hand him a tip. He didn't know but now I'm glad I didn't. They better make sure I get my money back...
