So I just called for a delivery order. I was going to order a $6.99 chicken box & $9.99 sub, fries & 12oz can soda. The girl told me $21.77. I said, "why is it so much?" She told me it's the way the register rings it up. I said," how can the register bring it up when I have the flyer in front of me?" She said it's with taxes and delivery fee. I said taxes are only $0.06 on a dollar. She said she didn't know why but it's right that's a prices on the flyer are not the prices that I would be charged. Really now? I call that false advertising. I asked if someone else could help me with this order and she didn't get with this order and she didn't get anyone. She said my order would be $22.77 adding on the extra dollar to use my card to pay. I've ordered from this place for years now and since there has been new management the quality of food and customer service has severely depleted. I ordered a regular cheese steak and received a shrimp cheesesteak. Which would not have been a problem but i'm allergic to shrimp. She seriously asked me if I could take the shrimp off the sub. When I called to fix it Myra asked me if I could "WALK" up there to get my replacement? What? lol Then asked if I could call later because they were busy. I agreed, I called back and was given a horrible attitude. She asked if the sub was still here? I told her no. She continued to say that oh since the food is gone there's nothing I can do by law. First time ordering from here. Thought I'd give them a try for a different place for a sub. I was not impressed with what I ordered. Got a whole cheesesteak and was told it came with fries and soda but when I got my itemized receipt there was additional charges for soda and fries. The roll was not grilled/toasted so the bread was falling apart as I ate it and got soggy. It was seasoned ok but meat was too chopped up. The fries, omg, were terrible. They were hard and tasteless. I've never had fries that bad. They seemed old, not freshly cooked fries. The delivery guy was not friendly AT ALL. He looked mad as he handed me the bag and walked right away.
