I usually get a steak sub however tonight I had to get a delivery because they wouldn't take my card over the phone for pick up but they took it for delivery.didnt make sense however the sub was not nearly as good as with a pick up and fries were like they were bottom of the bag and tasted like it was fried in old oil horrible. Very disappointed especially when I know they do much better. Food was cold and roll wasn't toasted like I asked so the roll was soggy. Everything was horrible. Won't do that ever again. For the money I should of went to A-1 subs in arbutus. I know they're food is great always. A-1 that is. And the delivery fee is actually cheaper. I only live a mile from pizza land that's why I ordered from them. I think they wouldn't take my same card for pickup because they wanted the extra fee plus you had to have a minimum order amount. I'm really upset because I was looking forward to this as a treat because I don't get take out hardly . Very disappointed. May never go there anymore. Besides the sub tasted like they changed there products to less and they also didn't give much on the roll as usual. Very small servings. Soggy empty roll and crumbs for fries...

I order from here almost every other weekend my first experience was good in between that I have been treated very rude over the phone to the point whoever was on the opposite end was yelling , Ive worked in pizza shop ik it gets busy but never excuse to disrespect paying costumers. With that sad it’s not very many delivery options with GREAT FOOD but they’re pizza’s are decent better the. Average delivery the sauce is spicy so I get lil sauce cheese steak and wings are pretty good also. I like good food and have yet found that WOW this is good pizza or sub from delivery places it would be nice to tho. With all that said they’re a tab slow with delivery I waited over a hour and a half before so you have pros and Cons. Do not order from this restaurant. The pizza is not good. It is dry and has very little sauce. The owner is nasty and disrespectful. I ordered pizza for my childrens minisry through my church. The driver was very nice and respectful and even apologized for the owners behavior. The owner was loud and disrespectful over the phone and even lied and said that the driver was riding around for fifteen minutes which was a lie. The fact that he believed he could come off on me like that says the owner has no repect for People and my money will not be spent at this place...
