100% will not order here again. Placed a order at 9:30 for some wings called in at 10:20 to check on my food and get a eta on the delivery. A very unprofessional and rude guy answered I explained to him I wanted to know when the food is gonna arrive. Guy place me on hold for 10mins. Hung up and called back same thing over and over again. Finally after I called back 5x the guy didn’t hang up first thing I hear is yelling and commotion. Please keep in mind after dealing with this guy I was super mad but I kept it kind. Once the guy finally came back his first words “ man what’s your problem I got your address your food is on his way “ how can you have my address if you never got my name or address VERY CONFUSED. I asked for the manager he told there’s no managers here. Ok no manager. Obviously this guy got the picture that I was Fed up instantly Changed his attitude. Asked for my name and order and did some research after a few seconds he located it. 10mins later food arrives. PLEASE PREPARE YOURSELF FOR A VERY CONFUSING & BLOOD...

Really Amazing ALL Around!!! QUALITY FOOD! Delicious!!! INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! FAST!!! PERFECT!! ATTENTION TO DETAIL! It's hard to find good service these days but these guys went above and beyond for us! I ordered a Sub w/ everything and they called to check to see if I wanted hots! I appreciated that call very much! Shows they pay attention to their customers and take the extra time to make sure they are getting what they want!!! Driver was prompt and texted me to let me know our food was on our porch! The food was amazing! It was still too hot to handle it was delivered so fast and upon opening the aromas were amazing! Chicken was cooked, spiced just right and moist! I ordered food and the food is 5 minutes late I call to ask where my food was. The guy on the phone acted like I was annoying him. He told me 3-4 minutes. I said okay but if my food isnt at my place in time I will want a refund. I dont digest cold meat well. We got off the phone, 10 minutes goes by I call and told him I'm canceling my order I cant eat cold food. Hes like mam your food is coming, I said I dont want it I cant eat my food cold. I would just like a refund. He starts yelling at my telling me my food is coming then says bye and hangs up on me. I call back and he starts yelling at me call grubhub. I never once raised my voice at him. I told him i just want my money back. And he just sits the phone down. I've never been treated so poorly by someone who works with customers. After the food being 30 minutes late I see the driver pull up. The guy never said I'm sorry for your food being late. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
