Captn crabby is full of amazing creations here! I absolutely loved my food so much that I couldn't stop thinking about it all day and night. When you feel so satisfied with both taste and mood after leaving, it really makes you want to come back. I can't say enough great things about the quality of food, taste and service! The recipes are made from scratch and the creativity is spot on! The owners truly care about quality made food that is fresh and made with love. I'm going to make this a regular visit for sure as my #1 spot. I love unique food that tastes great and they really nailed it. I used to eat regular crabcakes a lot but once I tried the crab sammys that have these top notch add ons and homemade sauces, I'll never go back to regular cakes. Yesterday I tried the "We be Jammin" crabcake sandwich and was blown away by the taste! I noticed immediately that they use the thickest, most tasty bacon I've ever had, the smoked tomato jam and true mozzarella were also the icing on the cake for me that set it over the top! That goes to show you they care about their quality. That's why this my new best food destination. Im a good cook at home but going here gives me food that I couldn't possibly make at home. That's what it's all about! If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend! Good...

The side of crab chips dusted with classic Chesapeake Old Bay seasoning really sealed the deal. Honestly, dishes like this prove that vegan food can easily outshine the original.
Red River Smokehouse: Red River Smokehouse the sister food truck of Capt'n Crabby had just one vegetarian option—“Up in Smoke” with a choice of salad on the side. The main was a pulled jackfruit slider, which packed impressive smoky flavor and texture, mimicking pulled pork quite well.
We paired it with the potato salad, which was a bit underwhelming—bland and lacking seasoning. If you're visiting, I’d suggest trying their coleslaw instead for a better...
Read moreWe got an order to go, and had an appetizer there while waiting for our order. We had the crab dip pretzel, the creamy crab soup, the Chesapeake Bay chicken sandwich and the pit beef sandwich. The pretzel was very good, had a TON of crab on it. A little too salty for us but the flavor overall was very nice. The creamy crab soup was the stand out - TONS of crab with wonderful complex flavor. Really excellent. For the pit beef, I'll be honest I had no idea what to expect. I'm from Chicago so this was new territory for me. Personally I found there to be WAY too much raw onion, and the beef was very dry - but this may be normal? The creamy horseradish sauce was a good balance. The chicken sandwich was good, also had a ton of crab on it. I'd definitely go back to try a crabcake and to get the creamy...
