The Omelette Chefs Catering — Local services in Craigsville

We used the Omelette Chefs for our wedding. I can't say enough about their level of service and communication, and the food was amazing!

We worked with Laurel throughout the entire process and she was extremely responsive and took care of all of our questions and concerns. We ended up doing the deluxe omelette package and the dessert crepe package along with the fruit display and domestic cheese display. IT WAS AMAZING.

Laurel ended up being our chef for the day and we agrees on a 10:45 AM arrival time and my ceremony was at 11AM... WELL, she arrives at 945AM to make sure she had enough time to setup and be ready without any interruptions to the ceremony... Talk about considerate and professional. All of the boxes were checked. She was friendly and attentive to all of the guests. The food was fantastic, the omelettes were not greasy like some other omelette caterers I have tried and the crepes were amazing.

If you are considering doing a breakfast style catering for your event I would highly recommend the Omelette Chefs to take care of you from start to finish and I promise you will not be disappointed. It was an absolute pleasure to have them...

We hired the Omelette Chefs for our laid back park pavilion reception. Everything was delicious, we had the omelette station and belgian waffles with a bunch of other add ons. We were super pleased with everything! The only thing that was below expectations was the "mimosa bar", which was really just a punch bowl with mimosa in it (tasted great though!). Other than that, everything was better than expected and so tasty! Laurel, the booking coordinator was really helpful and great to work with. I had a lot of questions before the big day and she was quick to respond and always able to assuage any concerns I had. She even offered to have the chefs set up a little early (free of charge!) after I was worried about noise during the ceremony (everything was in the same location). We didn't hear a peep from them! The staff was courteous and professional. Service was quick, we paid for an extra half hour that we didn't end up needing. Line did back up a little bit, so some table by table organization was needed. Would definitely hire Omelette Chefs again, super...

We chose The Omelette Chefs to cater our wedding reception. We got married early in the day, and really wanted to do a brunch style menu for our event. From the very start the experience was wonderful. I called Laurel, who set up everything. She was friendly and efficient and made sure we would have everything we needed. I had to call back a few times to make changes and she was always accommodating and friendly. On the day of the even we were beyond impressed with the the set-up, the chef, and OMG! the food. We were honored to have Chef Laurel herself provide hands on creation of wonderful omelets and waffles. My guests were provided delicious, fresh-made omelets with little wait time. The waffles were pure perfection! The price for everything was great for the amount of food and service we received.
