Imagine Cake Studio — Restaurant in Washington

My wife placed a Birthday cake order 2 weeks ahead, my son likes vanilla flavor cake, he does not like Chocolate cake at all, the cake was suppose to be delivered at 3:00pm. What they did was very very sad, around 3:30 pm we were worried and started calling them becouse they did not delivered as they promised, and their was no answer, around 4:00pm I decided to go to the store, when I get to the store I found out the store was a fake address, the store was a convenient store it was not a bakery and the people who were their told me the bakery use the store to delver the cake only, they have no way of contacting the baker. The cake was finally delivered around 5:25pm, after we gave up on them and went and bought a cake from Wholefoods, in addition the cake was a chocolate cake we did not ordered. My son's birthday was ruined. If you want to have a decent program please don't order anything from these people. After my wife complaint via email, they decide to give us back $25.oo. The most epic cake business ever!!! We ordered a cake for our sons 4th birthday. And I figured a cake for 40 people would be a two tier. And it was more like 2 floors! A ginormous, delicious, amazingly designed cake was delivered to me a whole hour ahead of schedule. The response time was great. The delivery rep gave me amazing instructions and sent an image of how it should have been set up. And it was perfect. And I received SO MANY compliments on the look and taste of the cake. We’ve ordered several cakes from them at this point. One time we actually were given the wrong cake but it worked out fine in the end. Since then we have always paid the extra $25 to have the cake delivered instead of picking it up. The cakes always taste amazing and always look good. I can trust that the pic I send of the cake I want is what I will get. The only thing I will say is that my last cake was delivered in a box that smelled like smoke, so I had to immediately take it out of the box and throw the box away. It did not affect the cake’s...
