Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. The Customer Service is always A Perfect 10/10 and The Atmosphere is always A Perfect 10/10 so like i said my only Gripe...

These people are SLOW and always have been but today is surprisingly slow. This morning I pulled in the line at 7:53, ordered my coffee through the mobile app and it’s 8:12 and I’m still in line. I don’t understand how they can be so slow. Having said that, coffee is always good and the staff is friendly but they are S L O W❗️ If you see a line, keep driving until you hit the next Dunkin because trust me, it’ll be quicker. P.S the sad thing is that it’s a drive thru only location and they’ve got 85 people in there doing nothing but drive thru and still can’t get an order out in a reasonable amount...

Dunkin on Phila Rd. And Pulaski Hwy. Towards the city continuously put sugar in my coffee when I explicitly say quite cleary at least 3 times NO SUGAR and it continues I no longer go there. They also when using their app for points and using a gift card do not give you a receipt. I say this because I purchased a $50.00 gift card online and used approx. $15.00 when I tried again they said it was $0.00 on it.
