WE HAVE TO BE AWARE OF WHERE WE SPEND OUR MONEY! I've been going here for many years. The lady Jen is always nice and fair but the man is the opposite. I bought a whole box of blunts as I always do but the problem is they sold me stale blunts. I took them back but this time the man was at the window. Each box they give you a free lighter for the purchase. When I took the box back the man charged me $2 for the free lighter and for the opened pack I tried to show him they are stale. Why would I want that? But he charged me for that pack and made me keep it. Did I mention the prices went up! Anyway he gave me a little bit of money back because he charged me for the free lighter and stale blunts. MAN CHENG YOU LOST A VERY FAITHFUL CUSTOMER. I ALWAYS SPEND BIG WHEN I COME THERE BUT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE WAY THAT MAN...

The food is on point and the quality is consistent. What really stands out the most is that sweet lady that always sounds like your friendly auntie from next door. She always remembers my order and always fixes any issue I have right away. There were chop sticks in my bag unaware to my knowledge I asked for another pair and with out hesitation she ran and got another pair. When I looked in the bag I realized the extra mile she took just to show me that she cared more about my satisfaction rather than being right. I love man Chang restaurant. Their food is pretty good I've eaten it on a few occasions but I often come here for their tobacco products. They are super cheap compared to everywhere else. The lady working is always super friendly and if I buy a full box of blunts she always gives me a free lighter. They are open until 2:00 a.m. during the week and 3:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday night.
