Wings Things N More — Restaurant in Baltimore

My partner and I decided to have a movie night in and get takeout. We recently moved into the area and wanted to try something new! Excitedly, we called up this place, as it's flyer was in our welcome package. When we ordered, the woman on the phone misheard my order. My partner and I got the order home to find that it was incorrect. We called back and the woman on the phone argued with me about what I said when I ordered. After a while of going back and forth and getting nowhere, I asked for her manager and she spews back "I AM the manager. You can say what you need to say to me!" I reiterated that I got the wrong order and she put a man on the phone. I told him what happened and he told us to come back to exchange the order, meanwhile reprimanding me "You need to speak more clearly when ordering!" We got to the shop and we told the lady at the window we were there to exchange an order. We had to wait an additional 10 mins for our food to come out. When we were leaving the establishment, the manager chased us down to my car, shouting "You need to speak more clearly! It was a misunderstanding. You really need to speak more clearly!" I had spoken very clearly over the phone, jsyk. The inside of the establishment wasn't appealing to the eye and the chicken was dry. I tried to give this place another chance even though my first experience wasn’t great I figured maybe the woman behind the counter was just having a bad day. But unfortunately, things were no better this time around. The customer service was still terrible, and to top it off, the man behind the glass had his kids running around the shop, being loud and obnoxious. Definitely not a good look for a business.

I ordered food for my family 3 wing and fry chicken boxes and 3 cakes and my total came out to $48. I paid and left, thinking that was the end of it. A few hours later, I got a notification that my card was charged $60 instead.

Me and my partner just moved to Baltimore and have been looking for some good food. We ordered wings and pizza here and it is so good. The 24k gold sauce is the best wing sauce i think I’ve ever had. We had a bit of a mix up with our address but despite the confusion our delivery driver was still so sweet and everyone was helpful. So glad to have this place nearby and will definitely keep ordering from here. We love it so much and have not yet gotten a menu item we were unhappy with.
