Food is is good but you have to fight for the right order I order a whole cheesesteak fries and western fries...charged 2500 dollars food came completely from only got a half sub... call back was told the order was right . So I said you charges me 25.oo for a whole sub fries and a western fri when is was suppose to be a whole cheese steak fries and soda and wester fries .so whole sub and dry with a drink was 13.99 plus the western fried which were 5.99. I paid 25.oo got half cheese steak and the rest when. I called they said the order was right so you charge me 13.99 plus tax which was fir a whole not a half... I had to wait an hour for some I e to return and then send me the right order no sorry no nothing g that why I do t order from the i ordered 2 Tao pizza before that were 14.99 each and they tried o charge me 40.00 said i had the wrong menu when i went there and showed the the menu in the store that they had on the ciu ter they said it was wrong so not order fro. Them a bunch of rip off! Order from pizza palace on lights street there steak and shrimp quesadilla are to die for a little pricey at 15.00 bit that cause you have to add shrimp but OMG...there food...

I order my food at 6. Cool beans, aspected delivery time was 6.45. Sweet I go on my lunch break at 7 so It works. No that was not the case, at 7:30 I still didn't have my food and called slice up, while on the phone with slice representative, the delivery driver calls my phone and ask what's the address. . . .I told him the address and he tells me it's the wrong address. I was lost because this is our address, like, United states postal address for our location. He tells me it doesnt exist, so we go back and forth and finally I hang up the phone and called slice back. They tell me the only thing I can do is cancel my order and reorder. I will not reorder because I waited 1 HOUR AND A HALF for food. So he goes on and says he can give me a refund. Thankyou but I was still out of luck, lunch break over with, no food, and still waiting for the $30 to post back into my account. I will not use slice again nor will I order from ultimate wings. It should not take almost 2 hrs to make some food, and the delivery driver needs a better way...

Pizza was made earlier today and just reheated . Sauce is dried out, and someone isn't making the sauce right either. . Which is the 3rd time in the last 5 weeks that has happened. Idk what happened from 2 yrs ago until now. They have really changed the way their sauce tastes and they have the worst food now. I used to LOVE their pizza, everyone did, but now everyone is saying the same thing as me. Don't waste your money. They need to rehire whoever they had 2 yrs ago. This new crew sucks. Don't bother to call and complain,I've done it the last 2 times and the girl doesn't care ... Her response is ok. . I just gave up on them . My sister and I decided to find a new place to get pizza. Where is the lady Tiffany? They need her back just to come train...
