I have visited this McDonald’s several times over the past month, and while my previous visits were generally good, this morning’s experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered one Big Breakfast with steak and one Big Breakfast with hotcakes and bacon. Both meals were served without any meat at all. The order was incomplete, and there were no hash browns included or even being prepared for breakfast customers at the time.
When I informed the cashier about the issue, they attempted to correct it, but that was when the situation became worse. The steak I was eventually served appeared to be leftover from the previous day. It was hard, rubbery, extremely salty, and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The bacon I received was completely cold. Serving cold, stale meat for breakfast in the morning is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one with the reputation of McDonald’s.
It also appeared that the cook in the kitchen was not in a good mood and did not care about the quality of food being served. The steak was dark, dry, and oversaturated with sodium. It was obvious that the cook would not have eaten the same food that was being handed to customers. Rather than preparing fresh food, it seemed he was irritated and simply wanted to get through the shift without regard for quality or customer satisfaction.
When I brought this issue to the staff again, their behavior made the situation even more disappointing. The employees behind the counter were laughing and talking amongst themselves instead of focusing on the customers waiting to be served. The cashier appeared more concerned with pleasing the cook than addressing my complaint properly. When I was handed a replacement plate, it contained the same cold, tough steak as before. When I declined it, the cashier threw it away without offering any meaningful resolution, and the staff continued laughing in the background.
To make matters worse, the orange juice machine has not been working for the past two mornings. Breakfast customers expect basic items such as juice to be available, and the repeated unavailability suggests that maintenance and customer service are not being properly managed at this location.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management of this restaurant. It is clear that the morning team lacks supervision, quality control, and proper customer service training. Management needs to take immediate corrective action, including retraining the morning staff and reinforcing standards for food quality, freshness, and customer respect.
This was without question my worst McDonald’s breakfast experience ever. I will not be eating breakfast at this location ever again. Furthermore, after learning more about the contents and preparation of the steak meat, I will no longer consume that product at any McDonald’s restaurant.
I strongly urge management to review what is happening in this kitchen during morning hours, retrain the staff on basic service standards, and ensure that customers are being served fresh, properly cooked meals in a clean and respectful environment.

Once I entered the parking lot the app told me "It looks like you are here" and proceeded to ask me to go to the parking spots designated for the app. There is only 2 spots and one looks like it is strictly for the drive thru. They are also not marked so it is a bit confusing. I went into spot 3 which I did not know it was spot 3. I had to have my daughter get out and check the ground under the back of the car so I could put what spot I was in on the app. A bit frustrating when you get there at night and it's dark. It should have a sign there as well. I waited 14 mins for my food. I made a mental note of the last car in the drive thru when I was pulled around just so I could see how my order ranked in line with the drive thru. There were 3 cars that had not ordered yet when I parked and purchased my food. I was horrified to see that the last car had ordered and received their food before I received mine. Read moreDecember 2020 UPDATE - ice cream machine is down frequently (like it was over the summer). Today went through and the McCafe is also out of order...so no coffee and no ice cream. Also, the app has many more flavors and options available at this location, but the staff has no knowledge of these flavors. If you use the app you’ll be refunded, best go through the drive an ask them what is working and what isn’t today...
September 2020 - from one to FIVE stars! Thank you McDonald’s for getting some decent workers in here! We come to town 2-3x a week and stop by nearly every time now. The food is hot and fresh, even the buns are perfect. Everything is stocked/working and the employees are friendly! Whoever the person with pink hair is...love them!
