Gus Jr #7 — Restaurant in Banning

The lady in the morning and the drive-thru that is always there, was always rude to me and would like to call me little girl in Spanish when I am a 40 year old woman I never let it get to me I figured she works where she works for a reason and I don't care. So then one day I come in with a 25,000 service animal that I just got and I'm still remembering commands and he's listening to everything I tell him and I make only one mistake which is absolutely fine and nobody really can say anything but this lady wanted to give me a hard time because she's just always not like me for no reason and probably because I ignore it on top of it so she goes on to tell me I'm not allowed to have animals in there even though he is a marked fully trained service animal so I let her know I have a service animal now. So then she tells the manager who tells me I can have my animal in there. After seeing a perfectly trained service animal next to me while I ate my whole meal and everybody was so impressed by him because he's above average beautiful that he gets too much attention that's not needed but when I walked up to get a bag because the waitress that doesn't like me would not come help me so other customers started asking her for a bag because she was ignoring me and still didn't do it I walked up to the register she told me to get the dog out of there and I told her it's illegal what she is doing being mean to me because she just wants to and telling me it's because of my service animal because she has no reason. So the manager doesn't understand what's going on why my voice is upset and automatically assumes it's me and tells me I don't have a service animal and he needs to get out then out of thin error decides to call me racist because I'm white and they're Hispanic when none of this had to do with anything except they don't want a real service animal in there and boy oh boy did I call up to find out how to report them and boy did I but I decided they've never been worth my time even when that lady was being so mean to me calling me a little girl for no reason when I'm very nice so I just decided this place is completely low class but they are setting themselves up...

New Years day 2022 1 star, very unproffesional staff. 9:40pm Sat in drive thru for 15 min along with other customers, nobody took anyone's order, I pull around 9:55pm a boy named Alex opened the window and relayed that the cameras were down, asked him about the headset or if they could hear the customers outside honking hoping to place an order, then asked if he was gonna take my order at the window for already waiting 15 min and he flatly said "You know what, No" and closed the window in my face. I waited until he opened the window again and then he told me he had the right to refuse service to me. Refuse service for what? I did nothing wrong but wait for my order to be taken and then relayed that info to the boy. Ive lost my taste for Gus Jr due to this it seems for the whole year ahead. Alex, I hope your year gets better, but I will be calling in the morning to speak to the owner about your behavior, attitute and lack of customer service or respect...

So I dont know what changed but the food is back to being FIRE. So let's start with the breakfast burrito it's really hard to mess up one of these and last time they managed it. The tortilla was hard in a stale sort of way, the sasauge was off and the hashbrowns that it had in it were the tail ends that's always WAY to crunchy to eat. This time it couldnt be more perfect. The tortilla was warmed perfectly, the Pico inside was fresh as F■■k it was epic I ended up asking for more. My homie had a the steak sandwich and he said it "bomb diggity dot com" what ever that means. Wont give this place a 5 star until they clean the restroom right. It smelled like straight urine in there when I went to was my hands after. But considering all the homeless people out there I can understand...
