Donut Factory — Restaurant in Banning

I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for years, and the Arizona drinks have always cost $1.50, including tax. During my recent visit, I informed the lady at the counter that I was only purchasing the drink and left the correct amount on the counter as I headed towards the exit. To my surprise, she mentioned that the price for the Arizona drink had increased to $1.75, which was a first for me.

I immediately offered to retrieve the additional quarter from my car parked just outside the door. However, her response was unexpectedly rude, and she accused me of attempting to steal. Despite my genuine intention to pay the correct amount, she insisted that I leave the drink inside and showed displeasure when I placed it on the table instead of the counter.

While I understand that everyone has bad days, I couldn't help but feel unfairly treated and stereotyped during this interaction. Such experiences can give the impression of racial bias, which is disheartening. I hope that future encounters at this establishment will be more respectful and understanding towards...

Come to the Donut Factory for NEVER ENDING DISAPPOINTMENT!! If you want a donut shop that is constantly sold out of what you want, you’ve come to the right spot! Stop on by for absolutely nothing you expect because they are already sold out of everything you might have wanted by 8:30 am.
