Lots of homeless that they do nothing about.very dirty place. Seam the businesses are used to dealing with hateful people so much that everyone seams on edge. You can't get into any good shopping since you and everyone else is always on guard. Unless you speak Spanish. I frequent Smokeys Smoke shop at least once a month and never had any problems plus pretty fair prices on my needs and never out of stock like others.
