La Villa Burgers — Restaurant in Banning

Went in ordered two BLT no avo, leave with my order, my blts have Bacon on only half the sandwich, sandwiches both have avocado, my order was nearly 18$, call to complain my order isn’t what I ordered, lady on the phone who took my order started to argue with me that I wanted avocado, argued that my sandwich she couldn’t see had enough bacon in it and went to ask the cook who magically remembered the exact amount of bacon he put into it, and she comes back to the phone to argue with me more, when I’m the one who has a Lettuce Avocado and Tomato sandwich with a piece of bacon to garnish. Do not support a business that argues with you that they’re correct and you aren’t, they don’t deserve to be supported.

EDIT: Went back and left the sandwiches there for them to inspect, entire staff trying to argue and chime in (the order is wrong to begin with having avocado, what if there’s a food allergy?) and they refuse to give me a refund, after they all try arguing and I counter their arguments they all give me the silent treatment and refuse to assist me - telling me I’m not able to get my refund unless the manager is present so I have to return when the manager is there (wasting my time and gas) for my money back, they claimed they’re not allowed to call him (yet they called him for him to tell them they’re not to give me my money back unless he’s present) basically this place robbed me of 18$ and every employee laughed in my face and acted like I was the issue, not the fact the order was wrong to begin with. I've been going to this place for well over 3 years today was the worst customer service I ever received they were so busy that they got my order wrong when I called them to explain to them exactly what had happened they pretty much said well we're sorry you need to have brought the food back in and we would have taken care of it but when you live a half an hour away and you go down there to have your breakfast made do you think you're really going to drive all the way back and you're starving this was the worst customer service I ever had needless to say I will not be back anytime soon especially calling their business and explaining to them I felt like I was not heard and given no options whether for a refund or a percentage of 50% off on my next order that's what good customer service does so remember people when you stop by and pick up your order look in your bag before you leave so you won't have to deal with the poor excuse when you call in to explain to them what...

I've heard a lot about this place, so my girlfriend and I decided to go try it. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was very nice as well. Lots of variety including burgers, breakfast and Mexican food. I had the menudo for $14.99 and it was a large bowl and flavorful with all the trimmings. My lady had the ribeye steak plate for $17.50 and it was a hell of a deal , including a big steak, fries, onion rings, fried zucchini, cheese toast and. BIG salad! Chips and salsa were on point as well as the ices tea. Will definitely be coming back...
