My friend and I were charged $8.90 each for a cherry pastry and a mocha coffee. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order, and the place wasn't busy. The pastries were in the deli counter, and coffee just shouldn't take that long. After finally getting our orders, the pastry was so so at best, but the Mocha sucked. We tried adding cocoa powder, sugar, and more sugar, and more and more cream just to make it drinkable. It didn't help. For $9.00 and a 30 minute wait, the coffee and pastry should have been perfect, or at least drinkable. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Too many good coffee houses to choose from without wasting your time.

Experience with server Junior S. Walked in and it looked closed. Menu Tv was shut off and muffins for sale in zip lock bags. I asked if it was open. Junior asked are we? I told him according online it’s been open since 7 and it looks closed. This was an hour and a half after opening. Then was told if there’s people it’s open. I asked for a menu and he said there was no menu. I told him what there was available since I don’t memorize it. I don’t appreciate attitude. Drink was good but there’s so many other cafes as competition with excellent customer service and prepared upon opening.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment, but it's pricey for what it is ($5 for a cinnamon roll that is typically only a couple of dollars at any donut shop). The blended coffee drinks are tasty and seem reasonable. The coffee is okay but nothing unique and there's no doubt about it that you're essentially paying for the atmosphere (which is pleasant). I usually take my coffee to go so I doubt I'll be a regular here as it isn't worth the value but if you're into the coffeehouse-hangout-scene, I could see how this might be worth the price.

As a resident of Banning I have been supporting this business since it reopened a few years back. The food I've never tried, the coffee is okay, and customer service has always been okay, but I love supporting local small businesses so I chose to come here instead of going to Starbucks the only other coffee place in Banning, when me and my mom ran out of creamer, a simple solution turned bad, for what? Grumpy girl at the front.

All of the reviews you read on Yelp and Google about the unpleasant young girl are all spot on to how this worker treats customers and employees. She is not friendly, wont crack a smile or greet you, and acts like your a bothersome.

I gave the girl at the register some solid safety tips about leaving the coffee shop unattended while in the restroom, and she responded with was I mad she wasn't there to take my order? No I wasn't upset, but I let her know I understand if you have to use the restroom but maybe a sign would be helpful to customers who walk in and see no employees, customers, or even music at about 8 am, it was a little strange. If your not present when someone walks in your place of business and then come out of the bathroom greet the customer! Say hello! What's up? It seems the employee has been here for awhile since I'm not the first, and probably won't be the last to get her attitude.

I agree she has connections by family or something to treat customers badly, even refuse them service and still be the face when you walk in. The building is obviously the most outstanding thing about this place, its beautiful. It's a shame it's under poor ownership.

I was given 2 coffees a few days later after I reached out to the manager, and she was super apologetic and super nice. My advice stay away from Jitterz until they get rid of rude girl , or come when the manager is here, I would say call but no phone number works for them...

I gave one star because this was my first ever experience with this business and it was awful. To start I made an online order which was accepted and the money had been removed from my account. Then five minutes later my order was canceled with a very vague explanation with little to no details provided as to why. Then they text me and say to contact them and the number they provided is disconnected not even in service. Also when googling the establishment that number provided also is disconnected. So that's a canceled order for literally no reason and both numbers provided for the business are out of service! I will never waste my time with this place again. First impressions are everything and Jitterz you...
