Banning Village Market — Local services in Banning

I am not one to leave negative reviews. I went Monday 12/28/2020 around 4pm to buy lotto tickets. The guy that was there completely messed up my lotto order. I wanted to play quick picks for 10 draws and he got it all wrong. I was polite and trying to explain to him and all he did was get mad, raise his voice at me and almost throwing a tantrum. I had to raise to raise my voice and tell him to calm down and I still had to pay for the lotto tickets he printed that were in complete error. I asked if anyone else's was there and he said no. If that worker did not know how to do everything in the store then he shouldn't be left alone. I have never in my life had such poor service and someone screaming at me. They have lost my service. Small quaint little local grocery store. They have excellent customer service and everyone stops there from time to time. They don't have everything and most of what they do have is on the pricey side, but if you watch the sales and choose wisely they can be great in a pinch. Does have a great meat counter with a butcher always available and I've never been disappointed...
