We ordered a medium and a large pizza I asked for no black olive and no onion on my taco pizza I said it was for delivery, she said okay anything else I said no and she said okay that will be about 1hour and 15 minutes and hung up on me without asking for a name a phone number or a address so I had to call back and ask to make sure they had my address. She took like 10 to even find my actual order and asked about the address and she said yeah, but when you ask for delivery they should ask for phone number address and name durning the call instead of the customer calling to make sure they have the information. Also 1 hour 20 minutes later we get our order but Come to find out there are black olives and onion on my taco pizza that I just waited over an hour for so I called back and told them the issue and she said would you like a credit or remade and sent out I said remade and sent out, she said okay and she didn't reconfirm with me that it was going to my address nor did she ask for name or phone number or give a time for the pizza being delivered, so 40 minutes later I finally got the pizza I ordered. Ridiculous get your customer service under control because I should have had to call back 5 times just...

Ordered delivery from work for lunch . Delivery driver was super nice . After she left I opened up my chicken salad . It was wilted some rotten lettuce , 4 thin slices of tomatoes that weren’t rip , tiny pile of cheese and pressed chicken . The salad was 7.50 $ since I was leaving work early I drove the salad back over pulled up to the window . I showed the girl the salad she told me they don’t give cash refunds would I like another salad . I told her no I didn’t I wanted my money back and could I speak to manger . She told me she was the manager and they do not give cash refunds . I’m floored !! I showed her the salad and told her I was going to take a picture and post it on their web sight . She didn’t care . Told me the owner would be back in the morning if I wanted to call . Then I said ok can you just make me a small pizza ! She told me no she would rather not deal with it. What horrible management! We ordered a large taco pizza with no black olives and the sour cream on the side. At the end of the order the boy on the phone said my total was $6.99. Obviously a large taco pizza is not $6.99 and I asked if that was for the large taco pizza with no black olives and sour cream on the side. I assumed I did not hear him say "teen" in the total as he assured me there was no black olives and sour cream on the side. My wife drove to get the pizza and received a taco salad instead of a pizza. No apology was given, instead just a "Well do you want me to make it?" was given. After being told to come back in 15 minutes, my wife was no greeted inside of the store for 5 minutes and then proceeded to open the box to find sour cream on the pizza that we ordered without pizza.
