KFC — Restaurant in Barbourville

Raw Chicken Alert !!!!!!!!! August 2024 I ate there 2 weeks in a row and got sick 2 weeks in a row ! The first week I did not connect it in my mind. I knew the breast were hard, didn't look right. I also ordered a breast for my two Chihuahuas and of course separated the meat from bone for them. They both got sick with Diahrrea both weeks. It takes about a day for human to get sick and about 2 days for the dogs to get sick. Well anyways I should have realized what happened the first week but I just didn't think about it. The second week (last Friday) I stopped there again. I ordered a 3 piece , breast, thigh, leg, just like the week before and added one extra breat as a add on for my two dogs in the truck. Well the leg and thigh tasted ok but the breast was hard and chewey. Just like the week before. The next day I was sick as crap with Diahrrea. By Sunday both my dogs were sick too. And all this happened the same way the week before. I told my wife, who wasn't with me at KFC, she showed me what under cooked breast looked like, and it was just like KFC. These people in Barbourville are gonna kill someone !!!!! You can not be selling Raw chicken !!!!! They deserved to be...

If I could have left a review without any stars I would have. Took my daughter here yesterday for lunch, ordered two wrap deals, the two for five, asked for a bigger piece of chicken because last time it was tiny. We pulled out of the drive thru to look at the food, the bag was soaked with Cole slaw juice. We opened them to find one piece of chicken that had been cut into a very small piece, and one wrap had a piece of a nugget looking piece. The whole wrapper was drenched and dripping. We took them in and tge manager, Linda grabbed the food with force, and went to make more, I watched as she made them and asked her to get the juice out of the slaw being it was dripping so badly, she said she did, I told her she didn't I was watching...she says, I'm not going to argue with you and was very rude...I to her I know she isnt!! Another customer walked out. I will be contacting corporate office. Very bad experience...too bad I didn't get a photo or video but didn't think it was going to...

I've never been disrespected as much as I was today at the Barourville,ky store,,my wife had stopped in there earlier in the week and bought a 10 piece chicken dinner and only received 8 pieces and only one breast,called them to tell about the mistake and manager said no problem I'll write your name down and stop in sometime and pickup a 10 piece bucket,,so today ( father's day ) we decided to pick it up to go with the rest of our father's day dinner,,i go to pick it up and the girl at the register was so nice it was the lady in the back that was rude,when asked about our chicken bucket she was so rude and everyone could hear her,then she fixes the bucket and brings it up and slings it on the counter without saying anything to anyone, the girl at register comes back and apologized to me for the extra 5 minutes I had to wait because the woman that brought the bucket up didn't tell me it was my order and just left...
